Short History
The spell was first developed by the fire mages to diliver small set of supplies to other people , friends and family but during the courses of it's time it was developed further to send larger amounts of supplies until two mages fresh out of the academy decided to research Aiz Nido further and later in time developed it to transport living things , their research found that the portal spell isn't harmful in anyway and can even be summoned on or underwater .
