Short History
Wrath of Thunder was originally made for prisons and riots , though it can't kill anyone , it can overload them and they can be knocked unconscious , this spell is taught to storm students in the higher grades but only storm prefects are allowed to use them at academies but they do so rarely , learning this spell on your own without a storm teacher is a danger hazard to you and those around you .
