Short History
Pasen Ool was originally made to imprison those that created forbidden spells , used forbidden spells and taught forbidden spells as well as locking down the spells themselves. The spell was first only meant for the books containing the spells but later in time when some spells got into the wrong hands , the spell was improved to house humans to whether they use magic or not.
