*Amelia's POV

"Her girlfriends out there." April says as she enters the room. She looks at Alex and then back up. "Yeah, well her sister is right here." Jackson says looking at her sister holding her hand in the chair. "Yeah, we'll need to take her into the OR." Meredith confirms holding up a scan. April walks back out leading Alex's family with her as we rush Alex into the OR. "Okay, can everyone breathe for just one second. Where do we start?" I ask looking at everyone. "If we put her on bypass, you can control her brain bleed." I nod my head. "And I can get some of those nasty burns under control." Jackson adds. We all nod and start to prep her for surgery.

I'll admit, its hard working in these suits. In fact the most irritating part of this all is we don't even know if its necessary, we don't know if the air is infected. I was surprised when we got the call, Meredith came in and grabbed me telling me the details as we were on the plane. I was shocked that these aelions are actually a really big deal. We learned a limited amount of details about an organization called the DEO which I guess Alex and her sister work for. I guess it'd be cool, working for the government and all... but no one knows who you are, no one knows your name because you cant tell anyone, not even your family about who you're working for. that would kill me if a crazed aelion didn't first.

We begin surgery and everything goes smoothly, Maggie is monitoring her heart rate and at one point it looks as if its going to fade out, but we got her back... we always do. It takes a few hours longer than we expected, but I successfully got the brain bleed out and under control, therefore if she wakes up she will most likely have normal control and brain function, which is huge.
