Chapter One ~Interview

Natalie

I was sitting in the black car, that came to pick me up from my London hotel room just staring out the window while Chantelle my manager was talking about this interview i was about to do.

"Okay, Nat just don't be nervous" Chantelle said. I often admired how gorgeous Chantelle was; blonde, petite, very leggy and beautiful. She was extremely good at her job, making sure that I am ready for concerts, interviews, flights, meetings and everything she thought I needed to succeed. Chantelle is probably the best manager ever since she's more like a sister figure to me, she has helped me with my career and I am really thankful for that. 

"I'm not really" I said smiling at her. Okay so i was lying, I was freaking out I just did not want to say anything. 

"Natalie it's your first interview in the United Kingdom, of course your nervous" she laughed. I looked down, letting out a little laugh in response, she knew me so well. "maybe just a tad?" smiling innocently. 

"but I have done heaps of interviews I think ill be able to manage" I said she nodded as we arrived at a big building that's when the nerves kicked in. We walked into the building and Chantelle brought me up to the studio where I would be getting interview to be on some channel, I wasn't really listening to what this was for. We walked inside getting greeted by the talk show host. 

"There she is Natalie Taylor" the talk show host said. Hey I know her I saw her once on Tv I think, this is all just so surreal. "it's lovely to meet you" she said 

"yeah its great meeting you also..." I kind of forgot her name whoops. Again I told you I was not listening.

"haha it's Melissa" oh right the interviewer with the bright red hair, about 24 and has piercings who does interview's for the music channel now I remember. 

"I'm sorry I have a tendency to forget people's name" well that was a lie and a half. Chantelle looked at me weird. 

"okay well if you would like to go get ready im pretty sure Chantelle would like to show you to your dressing room" Melissa said I nodded and she walked away while Chantelle took me to the dressing room around the corner. We walked inside and I saw my stylist waiting for me.

"okay Natalie you have to get changed because there is no way you are doing an interview in that " Chantelle said commenting on my sweat pants and a hoodie I was wearing. Hey I have jet lag okay. I nodded and got changed into a baby blue pastel party dress with a short black cardigan, some christian louboutin lady daf black heels, some white ankle socks and some bracelets, rings and earings my stylist had set out for me. Once I had finished changing she started doing my makeup with some baby pink lipstick and a golden eye makeup look and hair which was curled and styled into a waterfall braid while I just sat there on my phone tweeting.

I followed a few of my fans and went through some mentions i had. 

"Okay Natalie they are ready for you" Chantelle said walking back inside the room. I stood up fixing my dress and following her out of the room. We waked into the studio again and I saw Melissa talking to a camera. 

"after this song we will be joined by Natalie Taylor" she said and then this guy gestured for her to stop. We waited a few minutes before she started talking again. "I just love that song" Melissa said 

"Okay Natalie your on" Chantelle said I nodded with nerves kicking in. I was about to walk over before Chantelle called me. 

"yeah" i said turning on my heel and looking back at my manager.
