JIN
10 years later
"I'm home! where's my beloved beanstalk of a husband?"
"in the kitchen!" Seokjin yelled back. within a few seconds, a brunette midget popped up, kissing Seokjin quickly. Seokjin kissed back. "how was work?"
"not bad. new clients want us to build a skyscraper. getting a lot of money for designing this project." Jimin grinned at him. even after all these years, Jimin still managed to keep his child like ways and traits. it was cute.
"well, Mr Big Shot Architect, go change, food's almost ready," Seokjin said laughing.
Later, they sat in the living room, cuddling, Jimin with his head in Seokjin's lap, and Seokjin marking a few of his students late assignments. even after all these years, both Seokjin and Jimin managed to keep their relationship fun, sweet, and romantic, both still as carefree and playful as they always had been.
"Appa?" they both shot up, looking towards the source of the voice.
their daughter, Kim Areum stood there, clutching a teddy bear, looking sleepy.
Jimin stood, and scooped her up in his arms. "what's up, princess?"
"i'm scared."
"of what, darling?" Jin asked, setting his pen down.
"i had a nightmare."
"ah. alright." Jimin picked up their daughter with ease, swinging her around towards the hallway again. "how about, i put you to bed, and we read a book together? how does that sound?"
"yay!"
Jimin laughed, ruffling her hair.
Two hours later, Seokjin peered into their daughter's room and found their little one wide awake and reading silently, while Jimin was fast asleep next to her. he and his daughter shared a smile. sometimes Jimin was more of a kid than Areum, even though she was still 6. Seokjin crept up, and kissed Areum's forehead. "Go to sleep sweetheart. goodnight!"
"goodnight, appa!"
Seokjin gently picked Jimin up bridal-style, carrying him out of the room and to their bedroom across the hall.
he set him down on the bed, and then got under the covers himself, turning the lights off. "Goodnight, Jimin."
"Goodnight, beanstalk."
silence.
Seokjin feels arms around him. "just because i'm tired, doesn't mean i don't want to be held, you know."
Seokjin laughed, wrapping his arms around the younger. "i love you, Jin."
" i love you too, Jimin."
and so, they all lived happily ever after.
The End.
