Sumo was staring at the moon at her window.. She was smiling and blushing continuously as she carressed the ring that Shravan had made here wear on her ring finger..

Shravan-'Umm, Sumo I want to give you something..'

Shravan went out of the place and returned within few seconds with his hands at his back..

Before Sumo could utter a word..Shravan went down on his knees with a ring in one hand and a bunch of roses in the other..

Shravan shouted joyfully-'Sumo,Will You be mine?Forever?'

Sumo ran into his arms as Shravan made her wear the ring.. It was beautiful diamond ring which had S&S engraved on the gold portion of the ring. They stood peacefully in each other's embrace..
Sumo chuckled and said-'Few minutes ago you just asked if I will marry you that too so nervously..Then?Now?All this?'

Shravan smiled cheekily scratching the back of his head -'Actually I didn't think of scaring you off with all these things at the beginning..First I sought your permission then This formal proposal'

Sumo-'Idiot, you're still scared of me'

Shravan-'Every man has to be scared of his wife'

Sumo narrowed her eyes at him and went behind him to beat him up..

The moonlit night and the calm waters of the lake stood witness to the giggles and laughter of those lovers running after the other.. It started to drizzle lightly as if shedding tears ..Strong winds started to blow,as if aware of the impending misfortune..

Sumo smiled profusely and put out her hands in the rain ..It's been raining continuously since that evening.. Suddenly ,her phone rang .She picked up the phone and dropped it the other instant .She stood shocked .. She took her car keys and rushed to the hospital..

She rushed to the hospital and waited impatiently outside the operation theatre. She signed all the documents provided to her and was weeping profusely. She was very tensed up and worried.. She was walking to and fro in the hospital corridor. She couldn't bring herself to believe what had just happened. Soon the operation theatre lights went off and she ran after the patient on the stretcher shouting 'Maa'

The doctors and nurses tried to stop her at the door of the ICCU but She kept on yelling 'Please let me go,my mother in this condition..Please'

Meanwhile at Shravan's house,

Ramnath -'How dare you Shravan?I had told you to stay away from that girl .Still you went after that bi..'

Shravan shouted 'Dad',immensely furious at his Dad for attempting to utter a slang for his beloved Sumo. He was shivering with anger with his jaw clenched . He said coldly-'I love her.and I will marry her.No one can stop me'

Nirmala, Shravan's mom tried explaining to Shravan's dad Ramnath that Sumo was a good girl and she would be perfect as their daughter-in-law. Yes ,Nirmala had known about Sumo and Shravan from the beginning and gladly supported them.She even managed to keep it hidden from Ramnath as she knew very well that he was a cunning man and had the potential to separate Shraman. Shravan was extremely obedient to his father and he would always talk in a low voice in front of him. Ramnath thought Shravan would quietly comply with his wishes..but he was wrong.. He had struck the wrong chord by trying to taint Sumo.Shravan left the house in anger and Ramnath looked on shocked.

Shravan drove his car furiously .His eyes were red with anger as he remembered His father's words against Sumo..
Shravan muttered through clenched teeth-'Dad,had you even whipped me a thousand times, slapped me ,hit me,or even locked me up ,I would never have raised a voice at you.But you bloody called Sumo names!You tried to raise a finger at her character! You are my dad , that's why I'm letting you go..but the next time you dare to do so, You'll have to face the worse of me.'
