Stefan's POV
I woke up holding elena in my arms. It had felt like a century since I had gotten to do this. I looked at her and she was still sound asleep. She looked so peaceful. I didn't want to wake her up but she was gonna be late. She promised Caroline and Bonnie that they could have lunch at the grill today at noon and it was 11. I kissed her on the cheek. Then the forehead. Then the lips. I kissed her lips over and over and over and finally she woke up.
"Stefan!" She giggled.
"You're gonna be late!" I explained
She looked at her watch and said, "oh shit!"
I laughed and she got ready at vamp speed. When she was ready to go she jumped on top of me a kissed me passionately on the lips. I didn't want it to end but I knew it had to.
"Bye stefan!" She said, "I love you!"
"I love you too." I whispered.

Elena's POV
After I left the boarding house, I drove like a maniac when I looked at my watch.
"Shit! It's 11:45!"
I finally got to the grill at 12:15.
"Elena!" Caroline called, "you're late!"
"I know. I know. I'm sorry! I over slept." I explained.
"With stefaaannn?" Caroline teased.
"Wait what?" Bonnie exclaimed. Obviously clueless.
"Stefan and I got back together last night."I told her.
"OH MY GOD! And you didn't call me!?!" Bonnie sai loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear.
"Sorry!" I laughed, "I was kinda busy."
Bonnie just looked at me with her eyebrows raised and we all laughed.
"I had to tell them not to have sex on my couch!" Caroline exclaimed.
"Caroline!" I yelled, "we were not gonna have sex on your couch. And shouldn't we get to what this meeting is really about?"
"Oh right yeah." Caroline remembered.
"We have to start planning the graduation party! We graduate in 1 week!!" Caroline stated excitingly.
"Woo! We graduate in just a week? Wow it seems so soon! Can you believe it?" Bonnie responded, equally as excited.
"Nope!" I laughed.
We continued planning the graduation party when a fire started behind the bar. The sprinklers went off but it wasn't regular water.
"Vervain." Caroline and I choked.
