"Lilu you know better than that!" Momoko snapped, she's been yelling at me for the past twenty minutes, "How could you try to attack some inmates?"
"I'm sorry Momo, they were being total pervs and...I was acting like an immature child instead of a responsible guard, I'm aware of that. I'm sorry I acted unprofessionally." I said, hanging my head with a sigh.
"It's alright, I will just brush it off since it was just your first day." She sighs as well, "just be cautious since you are working with Kiji and those inmates you went after are his."
"Oh...crap."
"Just be nice and apologize to him, everything should be fine after that," Momo instructed, pointing at my hair again, "put your hair back up and head back over to building thirteen so you can greet Kiji when he arrives."
"Alright, I will check back in again with you tomorrow. See ya later sis." I say, rolling my eyes as I braid my hair back and put it back into the same ponytail it was in yesterday.
Momoko nods as I turn and head out of her office and back to building 13.
"Oh good morning Lilu, I heard you got called up to the warden's office. I hope everything is ok." Seitaro said with a soft smile.
"Yea, I was getting yelled at for trying to attack the two inmates in the infirmary yesterday." I explained. I had told Seitaro what happened when he asked yesterday why I was in a bad mood. "She's just brushing it off since it was my first day."
"That's good, at least you didn't get a mark off for it on your first day." He said, a look of relief flashes across his face as he smiles.
Wow he's only known me for a day but he was genuinely worried about me, how sweet. I smile back at him when I hear what sounds like high heels clicking on the concrete floor and someone mumbling.
"Oh, good morning Supervisor Mitsuba." Seitaro said, looking behind me as the clicking got louder.
I turn around and see the drag queen guy from the other day...well this should be interesting.
"You, young lady," Supervisor Mitsuba said, his yellow eyes looking down at me, "You were the one my precious inmates said tried to attack them correct?"
I look back up at him, the look of annoyance and disappointment clear on his face. "Yes sir, they asked inappropriate questions but I did respond childishly and without thinking...for that I would like to apologize. Please know that apology extends to those two inmates as well, I promise it won't happen again." I bowed to him respectfully, if he doesn't accept my apology this was going to be a very long day...
"Alright, at least it seems you are sincere with your apology," He said as I raise my head and look back up at him, "I'm Kiji Mitsuba, supervisor of building three and the one training you for the day. Let's try and get along." He smiled as he stuck his hand out to me.
"A pleasure to meet you supervisor Mitsuba." I said, shaking his hand.
"Please dear call me Kiji, also I'm going to have to teach you a few things about how thing run around here." Kiji said, releasing my hand and crossing his arms.
Oh boy, knew I wasn't going to get off that easily.
"First off a lady should act like a lady and not be so aggressive towards people. Second guards should not attack inmates, especially ones from another's building unless absolutely necessary." Kiji started lecturing me, sounding more like a mom than a prison guard.
He keeps droning on for another five minutes about my behavior before Seitaro timidly interrupted. "Sorry to be rude and interrupt you supervisor, but we all still do have work to do." He said softly, holding a notebook to his chest.
