Hey, thanks for checking out this upcoming story! New chapters will be coming out periodically, less often than Terminus chapters (which are set to come out more often than they have been) because of their greater length per chapter.
This is an idea born from two things colliding at once: the ideas for the characters (Red Panda, Sarcasm Girl, and a bunch of the other heroes of this world), and the idea for the world (if being a super hero was a full-time job, what would that entail?). So from these two, I had this idea of a place where failures go so that they don't become a liability and impact the general perception of super heroes as a profession: Absurd Hero World.
From that, I created the Tribunal of Super Heroes, a super hero team that is not just there to save the world, but also keep track of their fellow heroes and ensure good public relations. They also ensure fair working conditions for super heroes and vouch for their competence, which is why failures are so looked down upon. In effect, this world and its characters examine some ideas about super heroes that I haven't seen a whole lot of, and really wanted to write a story about.
As for the characters, I have plenty of ideas and they're all much more complex than the comedy that comes from them might suggest. No spoilers, but I have pretty big character arcs in mind for the main three (Red Panda, Sarcasm Girl, and Incomplete Robot), and a lot of complexity for the various other characters in and out of Absurd Hero World.
Hope you enjoy Absurd Hero World, I know I'll enjoy writing it, if all the ideas I have for it are to be believed. Let me know what you think and I'll see you in the comments. :)
