If you notice that she is trying to lose weight for YOU always try to encourage her and support (if you can, run with her). If she is trying to look perfect or be perfect for you it means she loves you sooooo much and that is the kind of girl you should keep.
By the way, you should consider doing the same thing! If she is trying to look perfect you shall try to make some abs or if she tries to learn everything about you, your family or friends you should, no, you MUST do the same. But, ask her if she eats properly or if her muscles doesn't hurt.
If she is saying that 'omg babe, i losed 3 kg!' you should ask for a photo and tell her something like 'U really look much fitter' or 'omg are u sure you didn't losed more cause you look like a model?'. Ok... its a bit exaggerated but cute.
This phrase will make her be completely in love! Tell her that you are doing the same thing just to look more sexy for her.
