Book Two, Continuation of the First installment.

''Today's the day Hank, the machine works! It works! Which means i can finally build my Utopia!" I said happily as we watched Richard do simple tasks that i compelled him to do, with the amplifying machine, i can finally do what needs to be done! I bounced up and down happily as I watched Richard. "So what now.?" Hank asked me. "Now my sweet Hank, we put phase one of my plan into action, I am going to use my mind powers to tap into everyone's on earth, look through their minds and see which ones would be the most accepting to the idea of a Utopia, plant the seed in their heads, and the ones who aren't will be on a list of those that need to be fully controlled, once that is done, I'll allow a few days to pass, keep things normal and then I'll move onto phase two, which is a minor world wide announcement and then the day after that will be phase three, Building Utopia and creating full control over everyone" I state happily and he smiled "well then I guess I'm just along for the ride" he chuckled put "no. Not quite. I need you on the day of phase three to gather every hero, bring them here to Mount justice, and lock it down, I'll give you the access codes that will be brand new, lock them in completely put everything security wise up, once you do that send me a text saying all good, and I'll go ahead with my mind control, it'll be wiser for me to do the hero's last, and once everything is complete then you'll be along for the ride" I say making him smirk at the idea of being able to control the hero's. We split up and Hank got right to work on getting g everyone inside the mountain.
As i worked on my plan to weed out the aggressors and the non-compliant, and take over their minds, i also worked on implanting the idea to those who would accept it full heartedly, while also having a bit of control over their minds, namely just taking away the aggression factors and anything that would make them rebel. Standard things ya know?
It took a few hours, but i got it completed! Now i have to go see the hero's, i called hank over and Richard, fully mind controlling him before i took my leave to go see the rounded up hero's, i also had changed into a new outfit (look at top pic, first outfit on the left with the gold buttons) so i was fully ready to introduce Utopia..
''Hello hero's of Earth, or shall i say, former hero's?" I called out to them as me Hank and Richard walked into the control room where the hero's where. ''Constance what the hell is going on!?" My father asked with Anger, to which Richard responded with the 'protect Constance at all costs' mind set i instilled in him. ''What the hell!" ''Constance stop this!" ''What are you doing!?" I heared from different people shouting at me, ''let him go Richard, it's alright, dear ol' daddy didn't mean it'' i say to Richard and he immediately let go of my dad ''Listen Well.... All of You. My vision of a world wide Utopia will be starting in ten minutes. The world is ready n ow, i have prepared everyone's mind, with a new device i made'' i say to them ''the device you asked us to bring in for you!?" Gar asked ''indeed, you were so willing to help me, i have been planning this since before i left earth, while away i had time to perfect everything, i gained your trust back right away with the capture of Jason and Richard, now i have Richard under my control, i have Hank willingly by my side ready for this to happen, now all i need, is for all of you.... to be gone'' i say and press a button I had on a small device. A large glass dome then popped up over top of the hero's. "Now I wouldn't try anything if I were you. This dome has power dampeners in it. And for the Kryptionians in the mix. A touch of Kryptonite from my dads stash. Not enough to do permanent damage. Just enough so you can't use your powers. And for the hero's with no powers. Non of your tools or gadgets will work either. I had this made by Luthor. He was a great help" I explain to the hero's with a small smile on my lips "what do you mean was?" Robin asked "he is no longer.... With us. Any and all villains have been moved and or killed. " Hank says. Making me smile more. "Now. The count down to world peace is about to begin. You'll be able to see it all go down on this tv. I hope you survive it and become peaceful and cooperative" I say before myself Hank and Richard leave.
*****White House*****
"Hello Mr. president. And... goodbye" okay I hard says as he kills the now former leader. I take his seat and Hank and Richard set up my device. I order the workers to set up a world wide broadcast and they do so simply out of fear. I take my place and smile as the camera turn on and the broadcast begins. "Good Morning people of earth. My name is Constance. And I am here from the White House, to tell you... peace is coming. There is a new leader. Me. I plan on making a Utopia. And you all will be invited to it. In mere seconds I will turn on a device that will help you all to comply and be happy from now on. Do not resist. I will know who does and anyone who does will be taken out. It's in humanities best interest for everyone to comply and be cooperative for this. Now. Let's us... Begin!" I announce and stand on the last word. My eyes start to glow as I use my mind powers and my energy from my fire powers to control my device. I send out pulse after pulse after pulse across the world. Soon transforming it.

Transforming it into the perfect world. "Welcome one and all. To Utopia" I say before the broadcast ends. "You did it. It's done" Hank says. "Yes it is. Go check on my father and the rest of the hero's. See how they are. Weed out and kill any of the resisters" I say and he nods and leaves me to do my new job as ruler.
***Hanks POV***
I left Constance to do her new job. To be fair. I'm worried this will end badly. But I want to support her simply because I know how broken she is. She needs at least one person in her corner right now that isn't mind controlled. And I'll say anything to stay that way. I got to mount justice and to the hero's. All of them seemed uneffected. "Hank stop this. You're not mind controlled. You can stop this" Batman said. "No. We can. But not now. I need half of you to pretend to be under her control. " I say and undo the dome and hand them small devices I was able to get my hands on. "These are from Luthor too. They'll make it seem like your under her control to her. If she reads ur mind it'll send o ur the sam signals actual controlled people will have. The rest will have to go into hiding. Batman I need you to lead the ones I. Control and Wonde rEoman I need you to lead the ones that aren't away from the city. There's a island Constance doesn't know about. Some of the villains have fled there. Here's the location. Split into two teams. I'll wait ove there. " I state and they all listened. Mainly because they know I know what I'm talking about. "Okay. We're ready. "Bats says and I turn to them. "Batman I'll take you and your half to Constance. The rest need to go now" I say and they nod and leave with Wonder Woman. I turn on a switch and make a hologram of dead hero's. "How?" Megan asked "I've had this planned since Connie came to me about her plan. I've done what I can. But now it'll be up yo all of you. I have to stay by her side 99 percent of the time. I can't just be away for long periods. It's up to all of you to stop her. Just not now. We will need to time it perfectly. " I say and they nod. I lead them back to the White House. I hope this all works... I hope nothing gets in our way to stop her. To fix her............
