12: Maybe Its Time.. Maybe Its the End...

Constance's POV

I sighed as i sat in my little jail cell/ bedroom, i was in Wayne manor and i was locked inside my room i ah here... its been a few weeks since i lost my utopia and the teams put everything back to how it was. The made sure I wouldn't be able to get out, using bars on all the windows that wouldn't be able to melts if i used my powers, and using power dampeners around my room to keep my powers and low levels.. i can still light a fire in the fire place. But thats all I'm really able to do. I can't use my mind powers, Me'gann used her powers to lock mine away so i wouldn't manipulate anyone into letting me out. Only my dad, Richard, Me'gann, Diana, Clark and Adonis were aloud tosee me now... i wasn't allowed to really do anything, sure i had lots of books, art supplies, my tv to keep me occupied, but hat was really it, i wasn't allowed to use my phone or computer... dad didn;t want me to. For whatever dumb reason, he also made sure i had no news outlets on the tv... something about me not seeing what everyone was saying.. though i didn't really care what they had to say.

''Constance.'' I heard dad's voice say as i hung upside on the top of my canopy bed. And i mean the top top, the part where the screen cover thingy is attached to. Yeah that part.. ''what? If you're expecting me to say sorry and that I've learned my lesson, then you can leave'' i say in a dull tone. ''No.. you have a few people here who want to see you.. I've allowed them to come only if you cooperate'' He said making me sigh ''whatever'' i replied as i came down. Fixing myself a bit before i turned to see that Richard, Raven Gar, Conner, Hank and a few others came in with dad, crossing my arms i sat on my beds edge ''what do you want?" I asked. I really didn;t care what they wanted, i just wanted them to say their piece and leave, i was still  annoyed that i didn't have my utopia. ''Can you not be mean'' Raven asked ''No.'' i replied simply and leaned on my arms as i relaxed on my bed. ''You took my utopia away. HE, betrayed me. I have a right to be mean'' I state simply as i looked at Raven with a bored look ''what happened to you? What happened tp the girl i met in Titans tower? The one that wanted to be a hero, that didn't want to be a villain anymore'' Richard asked me, making me roll my eyes, standing up i crossed my arms. ''Once a villain, always a villain, no matter how much i tried to be good. Hell no matter what i did on my birth planet, i am and always will be a villain. My mother went through everything i am going through. It's only natural that a daughter follows in her mothers footsteps.  She was a villain, now I am. Deal with it or don't. I don't care.'' I state and walk over to my book case to find something to read, they were boring me. ''Raven do it now'' I heard dad say, i was about to turn around and ask what he was talking about, when i was suddenly grabbed by dark black tendrils, and lifted up ''LET ME GO!'' I yelled as i struggled, against Raven's powers. ''I'm sorry, but we have to get the real you back'' I hear Raven say before suddenly everything goes black.....

Memory of Meeting Bruce

{I sighed as I tapped my nails on the chairs armrest and soon the door opened. "Sorry to keep you waiting Miss...?"Bruce asked as I stood and held my hand out "Constance. Constance Wayne" I say and see he's thinking "you met my mother 14years ago at a bar she worked at. You slept with her that night. Two days later. She found out she was pregnant. By you. With me. " I say and hand him the file as he sits in his chair. He took a minute to read it while I looked at his large book collection. Mainly crime mystery books. No surprise there. "How did u get my dna? " he asked. "A old friend who use to work as your assistant at Wayne Interprises " I state as I pulled out a Sherlock Holmes book. "Why didn't Leontine say anything?" He asked more to himself but I answered anyways. "I asked mom that too. Of course at the time she didn't say it was you. But I got the hints. She said she didn't wanna bother you. That you were to important to take on a kid. Of course a few years later she saw you adopt that boy and well she said that it was for the best" I say as I sit and flip through the book "what is this? What is Fangornia Blood mixed?" He asked. "That's what me an mom are. I'm only half Fangornian and half human. Mom was Fangornian. You're human. You do the math" I say and he sits there for sometime thinking. "Where is your mother?" He asked "dead. Died couple days ago. I just found all that yesterday. Thought I'd come by and let you know bout it. Figured you should know. " I say and put the book back. "Well I'm gonna go. Do with that which you may" I said and left the office. As I walked I didn't hear footsteps. That is until I got to the front door and it was slammed shut as I opened it. I turned and saw him. Bruce looked... confused with emotions. "Why don't you stay for dinner?" He asked and not trusting my voice I simply nodded.
He lead me to the kitchen/mini dining area. "Have you cooked before?" He asked "yeah. Mom loved it" I say as I sit on the counter as he got out some stuff for I think a stir fry "ever had chicken stir fry?" He asked and I frozen! "UM YES!!! It's like my favorite thing ever!" I say. Okay. Maybe this won't be as bad as I've thought it to be......}

Wait.... No.. this isn't right... where am i? Why am i watching this?.......
Suddenly another memory popped up... not this... not this one...

{I had gotten to mount justice early. In my new "hero" outfit, i decided on a Phoenix look seeing as they do represent fire and rebirth. i sighed as i stood with Batman we were talking about something as i fiddled with my wings, which where bionic by the way, i major in Biotech and Bionic limbs, don;t ask, oit'll hurt your brain to know that a 15 year old is in college... 'recongised Young Justice Bioship'' a voice said as a large hole opened to let in a pink alien ship.. aka the Bio ship, Miss Martians ships. Interesting. I kept my back turned to them as I continued to speak to Batman "so basically it's a lil white lie" I say softly "yes just till I know that they can truly be trusted with such sensitive information. " he said and I nodded "understood Bats" I say "team. Listen up. I'd like you to meet your new team member. Young Justice. This is Phoenix" he said and I turned around and faced them. I have a slight smirked as I stood there arms crossed and one leg out. "Bonjour Mi Amor" I say "welllll helloooo" kid flash (Bart not Wally) said putting a arm round me. I rose a brow and soon flipped him. "If you'd like to keep your hand Mi Amor. I suggest you do not touch" I say and step over him "oh I like you. Names Artemis. In civilian. Tigress as a hero she said "Phoenix. But call me Constance when off duty" I say and shake her hand "hi I'm Miss Martin. But off duty call me Megan or M'gann" she said "nice to meet you" I say. The Telepath. I'll have to be careful. "Hey I'm Robin both on and off duty" he says (Tim not Richard) "Pleasure" I say "this here is Supervoy. Also known as Conner off duty. " Megan said Kryptonian as well as human. "Hi there" I say "hello I am Aqualad. But call me Kauldr or Kal off duty" he said Atlantian "we have one more member but she's out sick today. Her name is Zantana" Robin said ah the Magician. "Well can't wait to meet her when she arrives" I say and soon Batman tells us to get to know each other by taking the rest of the day to relax. Which the team was very happy with. We got to the living room slash kitchen area and all sat down" so Constance. Tells about yourself " Megan said. "Um well my full name is Constance Greys Snow. (Lie) Odd name I know. I'm half Human and Half Fangornia.(truth) My home world was destroyed few years back. Only kid. Never knew my dad. (Lie right there. I know who he is now) Mom passed few months ago. I'm in college right now.(lie) I can control fire And compel people s mind to basically do what I want. But I can't always make it work. I'm still learning that one.(lie) And yeah that's it. That's me. " I say being honest. Well almost. Bats said I need to come up with a new last name since I can't let them know I'm associated with Bats/Bruce.}

That was the first time i lied to them all.... That's when the lies all started... so many lies... i had no purpose then... no reason to tell them anything until bats said.. no reason... to... to be apart of that world...

Suddenly more and more memories kept coming back.. everything i suppressed and refused to look at again.. the first time i met the titans team.. the first kiss me and Richard shared... the time i left them because i couldn;t keep being a double agent and lying to them....
The time i found out who my grandparents were, when i went to my home planet.... The war... when my powers got out of control... meeting Adonis.... Everything came crashing back like a Tsunami....
A tidal wave of emotions gait me too..... i felt happiness, anger, sadness... but most of all.... Guilt.. so much guilt bout what i had done to the .. bout taking over and forcing a utopia on a world that wasn;t ready for one......

Taking a deep breath, my eyes flew open... though I closed them fast when the bright white light hit them.... Groaning, i put a hand over my eyes and slowly sat up... ''welcome back'' I hear Megan say, looking at her, i felt a wave of guilt, and found myself pulling her in for a hug.... ''Constance....'' She said to me softly, ''I'm sorry... I'm sorry... for everything'' i say, holding back a sob that begged to come out.... ''It's okay.. I'm sorry we had to do this.... We had to bring everything back... to get you back.. the real you...'' Megan said to me, i on the other hand let her go and shook my head.. ''that's the thing, I have no clue who i am anymore.. am i good? Am i bad? Am i a hero's or villain in this world?.. i have no purpose.. no role...''I sayto them as I sit there with tears in my eyesand rolli ng down my face. I have no clue as to what I am going to doanymore or even who I am anymore in this world.
"how do I even attempt to find myself again after all I have done?" I ask mostly to
Myself. I have no clue what I'm going to anymore.
"Travel. You could travel again. It helped you the last time right?'' Megan said and i sighed... maybe it was for the best...

Maybe its time to move on... for good.. maybe its time i do travel again.. it helped last time...
Maybe.... Its time to end things...
