I'm mesmerized by his lies,
my falling for him inevitable,
yet he is one who is unattainable,
His heart unreachable.
Cold, brick walls built around his sense of trust.
I had the audacity to do the impossible,
And fix the unfixable.
I wanted to save him,
But I could not.
And it killed me inside.
