I am the hunter,
But also the prey,
I am fierce,
Or so they say,
Now I'm chosen,
For my own death,
I have to fight,
There is no rest,
I have to kill,
To make it through,
To keep my promise,
I made to you,
I cannot cry,
I can't be shy,
I have to be courageous,
Learn to fly,
True I'm terrified,
Only a fool would say no,
But I keep expressionless,
Can't let it show,
And now I go,
And leave you behind,
I promise to try and come back,
You'll understand if I don't,
Because you're far too caring,
And far too kind......
