"Oh dear god." I whispered, staring at the test in my hand. I was shaking, what will David think? He knocked on the door. "Come in." I told him. "Why are you still in he-" He stopped talking as soon as he saw the positive pregnancy test. "Please, don't make me hurt it." I begged him.
"No, this is great!" He smiled. "But this was unplanned." I told him. "Yes, but imagine us having a kid in here." He smiled. "That sounds like hell." I told him. "You'd be at work and I'd be taking care of a kid. I don't want to hurt it though." I told him. "We can switch, or get a nanny on off days." He told me.
"No, I can stay home. And we keep it to ourselves until 4 months." I gestured to him, pretending to zip his lips shut. He covered his smile with his hands.
"Okay." He said, smiling.
