Davey X Reader: Dad Jokes

You and Davey have been friends for a while, you both liked sharing terrible jokes to each other, it was nice, and you both liked that. "So recently I've been reading a book about gravity." I told him. "Cool." He responded. "It's impossible to put down." I said. He started laughing, then I couldn't help but crack up too.

"What did the laughing egg say to the other egg?" He asked me. "What?" I asked. "I cracked up." He laughed, I did too. "Calm down lovebirds." Race told us. "For the last time, we aren't in a relationship." Davey said. "I wish we were." I flirted. "What?" He asked. "Nevermi-" he cut me off by kissing me. I was shocked at first, then melted into the kiss. It lasted about 3 seconds before we had to stop and breathe.

Then the others cheered. "Knew that would happen, now why don't you give me one?" Race flirted. I stomped on his foot, "Ow, sorry." He whined. "Better be." I told him. "Why don't we continue with our dad-joke fest?" Davey asked. "I would be glad." I smiled.
