Case 1

Y/N's POV

"Y/N! You have a visitor." Chief Martinez said walking into my office.

"Who is it?" I ask.

Chief Martinez moves away, letting a guy with brown hair and shades on walk in.

"Hey, Detective! The name's Jack Archer." The guy said walking in and shook hands with me.

"Y/N, L/N ." I said giving a small smile.

"Aren't you a little young to be a detective?"

"Why yes. Yes I am. Now what brings you here Mr. Archer?" I ask.

"Please just Archer, can be Jack if you want." He said with a smirk.

"Archer it is, so how can I help?"

"I won't beat around the bush, The Bureau sent me. We've been looking for a new recruit and a certain Agent Z told us you were the person we needed." Archer said.

"The Bureau?! You mean the Worldwide security agency?!" Amy speaks up from the door.

"Hey Amy." I said waving at her.

Amy makes her way over to us and starts fangirling.

"You guys are the top police forces in all the world! It's an honor to have you visit!"

"Hahaha, thanks. Cutie." Archer said winking at Amy who immediately blushes.

"Archer, this is Amy Young, my partner." I said chuckling at my stunned partner.

"Nice to meet you Amy." Archer said putting a hand out.

"L-Likewise." Amy said as they shook hands.

"Now, what did you say about the Bureau thing?" I ask.

"Right, well as your friend had said, the Bureau is filled with the top police forces from around the world, and that's why we are here, to recruit the cream of the crop."

"Y/N, you know I'd never want to see you go but---YOU'VE GOT TO SAY YES!" Amy exclaims.

"Uh, Amy—"

"People would kill for an opportunity like this, so I suggest you go!" Amy said cutting me off.

"I'm pretty sure people have killed for this opportunity actually." Archer said chuckling.

'Seriously? Is this Bureau thing really that big?'

If it is, how come I've never heard of it?

"I agree with Amy, Y/N. You've done a lot for Pacific Bay.

In fact this city went through dark times and went through it all.

Bringing the order and peace back when it was all nothing but Chaos." Chief Marquez said.

"But what about the investigations?"

"You've trained Amy enough. I'm sure she can handle it." Chief said.

"Besides, you've earned this promotion, Y/N. This opportunity with the Bureau is exactly the kind of thing I want for you."

Chief places a hand on my shoulder and gives an encouraging smile.

"Great! Since that's approved I'll wait for you at the airport detective Y/N .

Just join me when you're done saying goodbye." Archer said and walks out of the room.

"Are you guys seriously okay with this?" I ask unsure.

Amy and Chief look at each other and smiled.

"We are." They said together.

"Now. Start packing, you need to get out of here by sunset." Chief said and walks out of the room.

Leaving me and Amy in the room.

"Want me to help you pack?"

"Sure." I said smiling.
