Rachael Elizabeth Dare. That was her name, and she was coming in 5 days. Annabeth and I have gotten really close and I don't want Rachael to mess it up. I don't know if what Piper said was true, because I can't be sure if she still likes me or not. If she does, I'll tell her I have feeling for someone else, which is the truth, even though I've never talked to Annabeth in person, I still like her, a lot and I want to take her out on a date. "Actually there is, just in the backyard I can ask my dad to let you in at the time of our date"

I was so happy, I think I was about to scream. I quickly called Piper.

Calling Piper

"Hello" she says

"PIPER!!"

"Omg Annabeth what"

"PERCY ASKED ME OUT" I replied a little too loudly

In fact it was so loud my dad came rushing up to my room

"HE WHAT!" My dad shouted

He smiled and turned around

"I'll be back in a bit Annabeth, and don't ask where I'm going" he says

"Ok" I replied questionably

PERCY POV

Ding dong

Who might that be. I walked downstairs and saw my mum trying to wash her hands to open the door.

"No rush mum, I've got it"

I ran to the door and to my surprise, Annabeths father was standing there.

"Hello, Mr Chase, what brings you here" I ask

"Nothing quite big, apart from the fact that YOU ASKED MY DAUGHTER OUT" he shouted the last part.
