Me: Thanks again for your help on that Spanish revision, Scarlet. If I could repay you in anyway?
Scarlet: You could control your big-nosed-psychotic "mate" , for Gabbi's sake, and who am I kidding, the world's sake and safety.
Me: Hey, I know what he did was wrong, but, he did date her and he has trouble letting things go. Don't you think you lot are being a bit unfair?
Scarlet: Oh my God yeh we are. I go out and buy him a card and a buch of flowers with a note that reads: "To Blakely, thank you truly for giving my best friend a panic attack, your actions haven't gone un-noticed xoxo"
She grabs her bag, and turns to leave.
Scarlet: Oh, and if you haven't already noticed, I don't play fair.
Me: Wait . . . Did you . . . Did you hear that?
Scarlet: The loud thump up stairs?
Me: yup.
My words are released as a soft whisper, knowing that the intruder wouldn't be the one killing me if I said it aloud.
Me: Stay close, I don't want you getting hurt.
She watches me, intently, whilst I grab the nearest weapon, my old baseball bat. I can feel her grabbing my forearm, and I kind of like it. I feel like a hero.
We make our way upstairs, and just as I'm getting ready to go hulk on some sucka, I feel a cold trickling sensation, coming from my forearm, where Scarlet is holding. I turn round to look at it, and I see the horror of a life time. There is blood oozing out of my arm. We run to my room, but on the doorstep I collapse.
Scarlet??: What have you done!!
She says shouting but sobbing her heart out.

As the Robber turns to leave, shaking, I remove my jacket and I put it on Wills forearm, and I apply a hell of a lot of pressure.
Me: Hang in there, I'm calling for help now.
Time skip:
As soon as he's in an ambulance, I call my girls, and the lads and tell them to meet me in th hospital.
God I wish this was just a really bad dream.
