Randy's Desire

Prologue

"You better tell me whom you are pregnant with this minute before I do something terrible to you," Nelly warned her maid Nancy who was kneeling in front of her, in anger.

" Madam please am sorry, am sorry," Nancy continues to plead which seems to be annoying her mistress further.

" I'm counting to ten if you don't tell me whom you are pregnant with, I will be throwing your things out of the house," She threatened whilst tears continue to roll down the maid's face.

" Madam please, I don't know," Nancy stated are tears turning into sobs.

" So you mean you have been sleeping with multiple men Nancy?" she questioned in disappointment.

" What is going on here!" Tony, her husband boomed out when he came to meet the situation at hand.

" Nancy here is pregnant," she replied solemnly whilst they all turned to stare at the man.

" And why the hell is she kneeling?" He questioned in exasperation.

" She is refusing to tell me who is responsible for the pregnancy," Nelly replied angrily.

" Calm down hun, I will talk to her," he stated firmly.

" How can you tell me to calm down, the girl is still a minor. Just seventeen!" she replied in irritation.

" Don't worry will talk to her. Nancy come here," He stated before she followed him out of the door and into the parlour.

"I'm glad you are pregnant, I have been waiting for six good years to have a child of my own" he whispered before engulfing her in a hug. Nancy didn't say anything but continued to cry.

" Stop crying, am going to take care of you," He assured her.

" But Madam will kill me when she finds out," she whispered her voice shaking slightly in fear.

" Don't tell her am responsible yet, will find a proper time to inform her," He replied whilst he wipe away Nancy tears with his handkerchief.

All this while Nelly had her ears firmly pressed against the door listening into the conversation. She couldn't contain her pain and disappointment any more. She entered the place and tried to slap her husband.

"So you got the gut to get another woman pregnant right under my nose?" She questioned a lone tear make it way down her, her hand suspended in midair when her husband prevents the slap.

" Please understand honey," he pleaded.

" Don't you dare honey me!" She screamed in anger whilst Nancy cowered behind her husband back for protection.

" I'm going to deal with the two of ..." She couldn't complete her sentence as she began to see dark spots behind her eyelids.

"Baby are you okay," Tony rushed to his wife side when she began to sway sideways.

" I'm suddenly feeling dizzy," she whispered and took hold of her husband hand.

" Let's go and sit down," her husband instructed before she fainted against him.

He rushed her to the hospital in alarm but to his relief, he was informed that there was nothing wrong with the wife.

" Why did she faint then?" he questioned the doctor slightly perplexed.

" Because your wife is two weeks pregnant and her pressure suddenly went up,"The doctor explained whilst he stood there in shock.

After six years of marriage, his wife was finally pregnant. He wondered. Now he has two expectant women in life. What should I do about Nancy pregnancy? He thought out loud before he runs his hand through his hair in frustration.

He walked into his wife ward in dread faring what the wife will do to him.

"Honey, you are awake?" He questioned rhetorically and forced a smile.

" What did the doctor say was wrong with me?" She questioned dryly and sat up in bed.

" He says you are two weeks pregnant," He replied timidly.

" Did you just say am pregnant?" She questioned in disbelief.

" Yes you are," He replied whilst he watched his wife face change from sorrow to overwhelming joy.

"Oh honey," she started before rushing out of the hospital bed in glee and engulfed the husband in a tight hug.

"What should we do about Nancy pregnancy then," Nelly questioned her.

" Abort it, what else? " He questioned as if it was the only logical thing to do.

"Baby do want her to die?" she questioned in annoyance. He was a bit shock. He thought she will be happy about it, the joy of finding out she was also pregnant filled her with mercy.

" What do we do then?" He asked in confusion, not knowing the way forward.

" We will let her keep it after she gives birth, then we collect our son and send her packing," she said whilst I nod in agreement.

Exactly nine months later, Tony stood in front of the labour ward sweating profusely in anxiety waiting for the arrival of his two children.

He kept moving from one ward door to the next. His leg was beginning to ache from standing all night.

" Mr Tony Richardson, your wife just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy," they came to inform him whilst in smiled with joy.

He went in to be with his wife when he was informed an hour later that Nancy had also had a boy but unfortunately Nancy didn't make it.

Wife and husband cried and comforted each other throughout the night.

Nelly has become a mother of two overnight and her household have never been happier. Everyone who knew her could tell she was radiating with joy cause the Lord has blessed her with two children. Randy who was her own son and Kenneth who was the son of Nancy. Little did she know what the future really holds.
