☠ Negative thoughts: If you are suddenly thinking more negatively, especially if you are usually an optimist or realist and suddenly feel like a pessimist. This includes ongoing, intense, and deep thoughts, as well as intrusive thoughts.
☠ Aches, pains, and migraines: Sudden sore muscles, stiffness, and joint pain can come with a psychic attack. Migraines are even more common!
☠ Drained of energy: If you are suddenly more tired than usual. Things may take more energy and effort than is normal for you.
☠ Lack of memory and concentration: You may find it harder to focus. You may lose track of things more. t can be harder to study. You may struggle to remember the date or what day it is.
☠ Nightmares: New or worsening nightmares usually occur during a psychic attack or oppression.
