Today is June 2nd and my mom and I spent the majority of our day out on the town. Which is something we never do. The main reason why we even went was to get supplies for my FFA trip. If you're an officer in FFA, you have to wear a special uniform, and oh boy is it unflattering and uncomfortable. But, somehow, Erika manages to pull it off.
Erika. Cottonwood High Schools female heart throb. The girl everyone talks about, the girl everyone gets along with. And I think that's why I fell for her. Her heart. Yeah, she might be popular and dress nice and have more money than the typical CHS student, but she cares. For everyone. If you fall, she's running to look at your knee. If you're hungry, she won't hesitate to pay for your lunch. If you need moral support, she's with you every step of the way.
Erika and I didn't really talk much before she became my Vice president. But once we started talking at a meeting, my teacher couldn't get us to stop. Then we exchanged phone numbers and exchanged ideas and thoughts and help when needed. So, within two weeks, we became inseparable. And everyday I swear I fall harder. I constantly smile when she's around. I check my phone every couple of minutes to see if she's messaged me. It's all such a great feeling.
At school, I'm out of the closet. Basically everyone knows I'm bisexual. Erika has never told me any different on her sexuality. But, she's never stressed to me that she likes boys when I try to flirt with her. So, I'm hoping that this week on our FFA trip, I'll be able to pull some moves. I even got my first two piece bathing suit in at least four years. I'm gonna knock her off her feet and whoo her so hard, she's gonna get whiplash.
So, it's 10:22 pm, and I'm about to go to bed. Goodnight y'all, and I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.
