"Stop that." Keeri hissed at Zazzalil after what was probably the 100th time she heard her pen click.

"Sorry." Zazzalil apologized. "I don't even realize I'm doing it half the time."

Keeri rolled her eyes and turned back to her laptop to continue reviewing her business management class notes.

Zazz took a quick look around the table to see if any of her other friends had noticed, but most of them had seemed to remember their headphones or were more worried about what they had in front of them to be faised by the incident.

SB and Ducker were both pretty invested in what they were doing and Zazzalil wondered if they were playing one of the video games the loved so much instead of studying; Emberly was using flash cards to memorize recipes and mumbling about different measuring units; Schwoopsie was deep into the new play she was writing, and Tiblyn was watching her with interest instead of focusing on the stack of books she had open in front of her; Chorn was asleep, and next to her was Jemilla.

Jemilla looked up at Zazzalil as she was finishing her eye sweep around the table and flashed the biggest smile that Zazzalil swears up and down to herself makes her fall in love with the girl a little more every time she sees it. Zazz smiled back, and put her head down into the book she was taking notes from to hide the blush that was starting to form.

Before Zazz even realized she was doing it, she was clicking her pen and distracting herself from what she was to be doing again. It was odd to her that she had to read the same paragraph multiple times for her to comprehend it, but this was college right, it was supposed to be hard.

"Zazzalil I swear to god I can never get anything done around you!" Keeri let out a frustrated breath as she packed up her things. "I need to go get a private study room you're all too distracting right now and I can't afford to fail this class." And with that she stormed away from their group table.

Zazz looked down embarrassed and refused to meet any of her friends glances since she was obviously the sole reason Keeri had dismissed herself.

One by one her friends started to leave their group study date that had 3 times a week in the library. It's not like most of them were actually studying anyway, so for Zazzalil, the less distractions the better.

Zazzalil couldn't tell you but she couldn't decifer if it was a fortunate or unfortunate event that Jemilla ended up being the only one left in her company.

Sure, less people being around meant there were less physical distractions, but Jemilla was still there and she's the biggest distraction of all. How on earth would Zazzalil be able to focus on this poli sci chapter with the scent of Jemilla flowing through the air.

Instead of focusing on the newest chapter about whatever it was she was learning right now, Zazzalil filled her thoughts with Jemilla; How nice her hands were, what it's like when they get drunk and end up sharing a bed, how her lips tasted the night they got really drunk and got dared to kiss, how smart she was, how she was so talented and could probably do anything, and most of all Jemillas beauty that always captivated Zazzalil.

"Hey, Zazz?" Jemilla asked, moving herself closer to the other girl.

This really grabbed Zazzalil attention.

"Yeah, 'Milla?" Zazzalil almost whispered, they were in a library after all.

"So I've been doing some reading, and watching you a lot," Zazzalil wasn't sure but she thought she saw Jemilla blush after saying that, "and anyway I think I know why you might get distracted so easily."

"Wait what? Sorry, Jemilla, I think I missed some of the things in the middle."

Jemilla laughed and flashed another smile, Zazzalil swears her heart could've stopped beating.

"That's okay, honey! I was just saying I've been doing some research and I think I know why you get distracted and have trouble concentrating and processing things sometimes."

"Oh..." this could have made Zazzlils heart stop. Did Jemilla think she was stupid?

"I know it may be something you don't want to hear, but I think you may have ADHD. A lot of girls who have it never get diagnosed and-"

"So what, you think I'm stupid?" Zazzalil cut her off defensively.

"No! Zazzalil, I would never think that! I just think if you got tested and could get help and medicine then you'd be able to concentrate better and things wouldn't be so hard on you."

Zazz could feel he tears welling up in her eyes and she wasn't sure if it was because Jemilla cared enough to try and find out why Zazzalil has always had attention and memory problems or because she was scared that she really did have ADHD and now everyone would think she was more stupid than they already thought.

Jemilla moved closer yet again, and put her hand on Zazzalils shoulder. "I can even go with you if you want to get tested." She said. "And, I did a lot of research and took a lot of notes we can go back to my dorm and look them over if you want. If you don't want to it's okay, I can just throw them out and we can forget this ever happened."

Zazzalil let a few tears fall and turned to Jemilla and gave her a big hug. "I'd love for you to show me your research." She whispered in her ear.

The two girls pulled out of the hug and Jemilla brought her hand up to Zazzlils face to wipe her tears.

"Hey it'll be okay! Now let's get our things and go! I have so much to show you!" Jemilla said excitedly grabbing Zazzalils hand and dragging her away from the library.

As it turns out, Jemilla had done a lot of research, months worth even. She'd even bought a fidget spinner and fidget cube to see if either of them would help Zazzalil keep her hands busy.

"Jemilla... you didn't have to do any of this." Zazzalil said as Jemilla was going through all of her notes and trying her best to explain things.

"Of course I didn't," Jemilla said looking at her, "but I wanted to see if this would help you because... well because I love you." She said to the shorter girl.

"I love you too." Zazzalil said back.

The two girls continued to go over the notes Jemilla had taken, and Zazzalil was amazed at how much research she had really done. Jemilla even had a few notebooks of times when she'd noticed Zazzalil being distracted or fidgeting or doing some of the other big adhd signs.

"I really would love to have this more looked into," Zazzalil told Jemilla, "but will you come with me to do whatever it is? You know how I feel about doctors."

Jemilla pulled Zazzalil in for a hug. "Of course! I'm here for whatever you need!" She said pulling them apart and leaving her hands resting on the shorter girls shoulders.

The two looked at each other for a moment before they both started to blush. Jemilla dropped her hands, and began to clean up all of the notes and research she had.

"Hey, 'Milla?" Zazzalil asked.

Jemilla made what Zazzalil would call the cutest sound she's ever heard to answer her.

"Do you think I could crash here tonight? It's kinda really dark and I don't want to walk back at night."

Jemilla turned around to look at her friend. "Oh hell yeah! This will be so much fun! We've never had a sober sleepover before!"

Zazzalil laughed and threw one of Jemillas notebooks at her. "Hey I'm not the one who has to cuddle when I'm drunk that's you!"

"Hey!" Jemilla said. "It's not only when I'm drunk! I always have to cuddle"

The two girls laughed and spent the rest of the night talking and watching funny tv shows for background noise.

"Hey, Jemilla?" Zazzalil asked when they were finally cuddled in bed.

"Hmm?" She made the cute noise again, which was even cuter this time because she sounded sleepy too.

"Thank you. You know, for caring enough to want to help me."

Jemilla tightened her arms around Zazzalil, "Of course my dear." She said before the two of them drifted to sleep.
