Brussels:
Above: A Belgian Sabena airlines DC10 at Brussels airport. Sabena are no longer in existence, but I always liked the name. I recall seeing Sabena flight crews at the Frankfurt Airport Sheraton. It was always interesting to observe other flight crews interacting with each other, but I had to remember not to stare.
Above: I just love the medieval Grand Place in Brussels. It's full of splendid old buildings, flower stalls, a cobbled square, cafes and lace shops. By the way, does anyone remember that old sixties/seventies movie: If It's Tuesday, It Must Be Belgium? That's yours truly looking through the binoculars.
Above: The beautiful sunset is taken from our cosy room at the Hotel Grand Cloche, in Brussels. We sought comfort there with the sunset, chocolates and our duty-free Cognac; after being robbed by the gypsy kids.
