I plopped down on the couch on turned on the TV. Man, am I pooped. Art club strains my eyes just to much. My eyes fell heavily with the news in the background.
"Hey, Les, move it will you?" the voice made my eyelids fly open. A boy that looked exactly like a male version of me blocked my view. My stupid brother, Nathaniel.
I secured my place on the couch. " Oh, quit whinning."
" Sorry, sis but Blaise and I have some song-writing to do. So move it," he said while shoving me. For a fourteen-year-old dweeb, he is pretty strong.
" Okay! Quit it! " I said, standing up.
" Maybe we should go to your room. Your sister seems really annoyed, " another male voice said.
My eyes felt blurry from the sleep. I am not a happy person when someone disturbs my sleep. I took a deep breath and stood in frount of them both, shouting," You know what, just sit! My brother's choice of friends will always be dickheads! "
" Look, I'm sorry for whatever I didn't do to piss you off, okay?! " the guy shouted at my face in return.
" WELL, MR I-AM-INNOCENT, OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS, SORRY FOR SHOUTING!" I felt that I partially meant it though. Afterall, he is my brother's new friend, because I should have seen him around before if he weren't.
" WHATEVER. AND THE NAME'S BLAISE! " he took a step in front of me and glared downwards. I felt him breathe down my face before I stormed upstairs to my room. Dick.
I heard guitar strums from downstairs as I lay in my bed. There was singing too. Not bad for a dickhead, I thought to myself. They were singing a cover of 'Waiting For Superman'. It is my favourite song.
I found myself opening the door and walking down the stairs. Any hate towards that guy disappeared that very instant. I stood by the landing where the echos were the loudest.
"Ahem."
I immediately turn towards the stair opening. My face turned bright crimson upon seeing him.
