Katniss POV
Today's our precious little boy Deacon's first birthday, I've a surprise for Peeta, what's his surprise I'm pregnant with our second child he's going to be so happy. A week after we came home I realized that I was 5 days late. I went to see my doctor to confirm the results of the pregnancy tests, yes I'm pregnant.
Peeta and I are I have finished setting up for the party. I look at my husband and say Peeta I something I need to tell you. You can tell me anything Katniss. I smile as I look in my husbands eyes and say Peeta I'm pregnant. He says I love you so much I'm so very happy your my wife and the mother of our little boy Deacon & our baby growing inside of you, we made together as we made Deacon who's 1 year old today. Katniss make me so very happy baby, I'll always be your husband always Katniss always.
Peeta & I kiss intensely & passionately until we need air. Peeta says dad told me that we have our wish was granted that we'll be together for every lifetime after this one forever eternity & always.
Peeta I'm so very happy I'm your wife the mother of Deacon & our baby that is growing inside me we made together as we made Deacon who's 1 year old today I'm so very happy I make you happy and I'll always be your wife Peeta, always.
Peeta and I hear our little boy Deacon making his cute adorable baby noises to tell us he's awake in the baby monitor. We smile & go up to get Deacon ready for the party. We go in his room to see him look at us with the ocean blue eyes identical to his fathers at that moment Deacon had said his first word dada.
Peeta & I both smile with the tears of happiness on our face. Peeta says to me Deacon said dada Katniss, we both wipe each other's tears away. we're surprised when Deacon says momma, Deacon said momma Peeta we're wiping each other's tears away again. We give him a bath & dry him with his warm baby towel.
We dress him in white polo shirt, a pair of shorts overalls with Tigger on it since it's summer and tennis shoes because he took his first step a couple of months ago he walks on his own. Deacon loves to run & to see Peeta & I catch him, Deacon.& our baby now's our blessings.
Deacon's 1st Birthday party
Everyone is here Robert,Will,Riley,mom, Chris,Prim,Gale,Gale's daughter Posey, Finnick and Annie. We talk to everyone and everyone is also sure to give our birthday boy Deacon lots of attention. We have hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, French Fries, baked beans soda for the adults and juice for the kids. All adults have boycotted alcohol for today.
After everyone has eaten we head in the house due to annoying nats and mosquitoes to open presents & to eat
a piece of cake Peeta baked himself. He got a lot of educational toys they know Peeta & I like educational toys for him. Deacon made his cute adorable happy baby noises we sang happy birthday. We told Peeta how amazing the cake was, Peeta says thank you to everyone only the best for Katniss & I's little boy.
We hugged and said bye to everyone locked up and took our sleeping son to change his diaper, put pjs on & lay him down in his crib to sleep. Peeta & I kiss him & say momma and dada love you.
We cleaned up turned off the lights and go up to our room to change for bed,I
In pj shirt & shorts and Peeta his boxers. We fall asleep in each other's embrace.
