Now this is the most important part. Everyone heals differently. Some take months and others take days but no matter who you are self care is the most important step. It can be hard and while it may not make you feel better it's so important to spend some time with you and make sure body is okay and relaxed.
-drink some water if you can. Pee, it's natural 💦
-eat if you can. small snacks like fruit snacks, granola bars, dry cereal, apple slices, gold fish. 🍎
-take a hot bath with essential oil, candles or bubbles 🛀
-wash your face, it can help you feel better and more awake.🧖🏼♀️
-moisturize and or shave. It'll make your body happy and smooth. 👅
-jam out to some good music 🎵
- remember that this is not the end and you can do this. You can beat that monster but it will take time and it will be hard but you will come out so much stronger than before.
