What's been proven as the most efficient way to reduce depression (other than medication of course) is to be active. Yes I know the LAST thing you want to do when you're down is to run the pacer gram fitness test but here are some easy exercises that you can do in your room.

-get up if you can and stretch a little. Reach up to the sky and down to your toes relieve some of that built up
Tension you've been storing🌲🌿

-walk up and down the stairs once or twice.🍋🐝

-do some simple yoga. Whatever feels right. This can also help improve balance and posture as well. 🍏🥝

- if you can even sitting on your front or back porch for 20 minutes will help you get that sunlight in and make you feel so so much better🍙🌥

-take a small walk outside. Just up and down your street or even just walk around your house a few times. This will help tremendously to clear your mind and help you feel lighter.
