Nervous

Today was the first day of tour. We'd been rehearsing all day and were totally ready to rock the show tonight.

I walked to a cafe close to the arena. It wasn't busy, because it was a little an unusual time to get coffee. Also, it was Sunday morning, so why would normal people already be awake at 10 am?  I walked to the desk and ordered coffee for me and the guys. The guy behind the counter told me my order would be ready in 5 minutes.

I sat down on a comfortable chair by the window. I looked around the cafe and saw a girl staring at me. I smiled back at her and she quickly looked away, probably embarrassed. My gaze on the other hand stayed at the beautiful girl that was just checking me out. She had brown, curly hair. It was too bad I couldn't see her eyes from here.

"I'm sorry sir. Your coffee is ready." The guy from behind the counter said. I nodded and stood up. I was still not able to focus on something else than the girl. It wad weird because I'd never seen her before and my whole body was acting like I was deeply in love with her.

"She's hot, isn't she?" I turned around and looked at the guy. He now lie his eyes on the beautiful creature sitting there. I didn't't know why but I immediately felt jealous.

"Yeah, she is. Who is she?" I asked. The guy focused on me again. Good.

"She's new here in town. For college or something. I talked to her a few seconds last week. But for more information, you should ask her. I'm sure she wouldn't mind." He said and nodded in her direction. She was staring again and I couldn't help but smile.

"I will definitely do that. Thanks." I said and grabbed my order from the desk.

"No problem. Good luck." I smiled at him and turned around. First I wanted to go back to the venue to bring everyone their coffee before it gets cold, but I couldn't resist talking to the girl. I walked to her table and sat down on the chair in front of her.

"Hi, I'm shawn." I said and held out my hand for her to shake.

"Hi Shawn, I'm y/n. Nice to meet you." Y/n said with a smile on her face, shaking my hand. At that moment I decided that would be my favourite thing on the world. Too bad it left her face when she took a sip of her coffee. I then realised I was starting at her and I needed to say something.

"You are beautiful." I said. Y/n started blushing a little, which caused me to smile.

"Thank you. You are oke yourself." She said with a teasing smile on her lips before taking another sip of her coffee. I raised my eyebrow playfully, playing the game with her.

"Auw. That really messed up my ego. Are you sure you meant 'oke' instead of 'handsome' or 'gorgeous' or something?" I said in a way like it sounded I was deeply hurt. She laughed out loud and looked at me in a serious way, studying my face.

"Mm, I think I really meant 'oke'." She said smiling. I sighed, which caused her to laugh out loud again. I loved that sound.

"Oké that's enough. Me and my ego are done here." I said, my tone playfully. I stood up and grabbed all the coffee from the table.

"Wait." Y/n said. She turned around in her chair and handed me a piece of paper with her number. "Good luck tonight with the show." I looked at her in confusion.

"Wait. How do you know I have a show tonight?" I asked. She smiled at me.

"Because I'm going."

We did an amazing show. The band even did an extra acoustic part. I wanted everything to be perfect, since I knew y/n would be there. Before the show I was twice as nervous as normal and I couldn't find her in the croud, which made me even more nervous. Thank God my voice stayed normal during the show and I got many compliments after on twitter.
