Yersterday , I did something bad. I forgot to propose Lily.
But , today I have made up my
mind. I am a man with a full-fledged plan.I hope it works true to it's worth.

It's half past six in the morning.
And I have already blessed myself with a cool shower and now I am sporting my textured fringe hairstyle with a
white coloured shirt which complements a slim yet decent
colour of silver strip on it's collar and some denim Jeans
With red converse.

I have shaved and my watermelon pink lips curl upwards.

I wink at myself in the mirror. What can you expect me to do?

1. A bouquet of red roses -checked.
Yes , firmly placed in between
Clasps of my fingers.

2.Marou chocolate pack-
checked.
I love these  chocolates and she too Loves it. We are meant to be.

3. Lovely cards 'Will you be mine forever? '- checked.

I have all things checked . She will surely admit her undying love for me.I thought as I came down the stairs from my room.

Let's go woo my girl .

Oh no I forgot my car keys. I checked the pockets of my denim .

Grandpa Max, my 66 years old pal caught me fishing my Mercedes's keys from the main
Key holder.I only use Merc on special occasions like proposing Lily.

His eyes started watering .He shook his head as if to clear his
eyes from tears that had welled
up in his whereas his blond wig
tilted to his left ear showing off
little bit of his blad head.

I thought it's better not to point the showing moon on his head.I don't want to make him
sad . Because he can be as moody as a preschooler.

"My boy, I think you have come up age , go win the heart of your beloved , as a lucky charm
I am giving you my red Volkswagen Beetle . I had gifted
it to your grandmother as a marriage gift ", he patted
my back to enthusiast me.

My father was sitting on the stool wearing black shots and
a lose t-shirt eating his toast
with enjoyment. As he saw us
and his toast fell from his hands.

"Even your pops proposed your mother in your granny's Beetle", my father gave me a wry Smile .

"Okay guys wish me luck ", I
fist bumped with old pal Max
and a gave a side hug to my
father .

I knocked at Bright's residence at 6:30 am exactly to be precise.
I have half an hour  time to be exact. We have to reach school by 7:30 am.

Mrs Bright opened the door for
me to enter,"Aah , you are er..
before time mister and I see
you are well dressed ".

I gave her the smile, "I am gonna propose Lily  today and
I was wondering if you would
help a little ".

"Count me in", she stated firmly
as she  opened the kitchen's door .

I saw my soon to be father-in-law humming a song while making french toast and my
eleven years old soon to be brother-in-law going through
the newspaper.

Weird . Nah not so.

" Waterfield is going to  propose Lily " Mrs Bright squeaked.

Mr Bright gave us a bewildered
expression. "Er....You  only
turned seventeen two weeks ago . Both of you have all the time in the world . Why do you
want to marry so soon?
You're not even allowed  to get married before eighteen in States. It's illegal", he quacked
While brother-in-law grinned
triumphantly.
