Chapter 7

(I am so so so sorry for not updating! I have wanted to but no ideas came to me, UNTIL NOW!! May the chapter begin!!!)

Naruto p.o.v

I groaned as sunlight shone through my window and someone was knocking on my front door and not giving up. I pulled myself out of bed and trudge over to the door passing Madara who sat on the couch reading. I open the door and I instantly come face to face with Gai. I silently gulp as I also notice Lee.

"AH MY YOUTHFUL FRIEND!! YOU HAVEN'T SEEN KAKASHI HAVE YOU?!" Gai practically shouts, I swear he doesn't have a volume button.

"Ahhh no I haven't Bushy-brows sensei," I say silently wishing he would go away.

"AH WELL THEN WHY DON'T YOU JOIN LEE AND MYSELF FOR OUR MORNING TRAINING?!?!" He shouts and I feel the blood drain from my face.

"I would love to but sadly I have come down with a very bad cold and can't join you," I say lying.

"THEN I SHALL TRAIN EXTRA HARD FOR YOU MY YOUTHFUL FRIEND!!" Lee shouts, also not having a volume button. Gai nods and the two green clad me run of into the sunset together. I let out a heavy sigh of relief and close the door and turn around to see Madara staring at me with a raised eyebrow.

"You don't get sick due to the kyuubi, why lie?" He asks.

"You have no idea what their idea of training is, its hell, I'm not going through that again, I rather actually get sick," I say walking into the kitchen.
"This also means I can't leave the house today because they'll everyone they meet," I say making myself breakfast(ramen) now that its impossible for me to go back to bed.

"You should eat more healthily, ramen for breakfast is not right... You'll be as fat as a whale in no time," Madara grumbles and I shrug.

"Its worked for the past 16 years, I don't see why I should stop now," I say waiting the 3 minutes for my ramen to cook. Madara lets out chocking sound and I turn to him and see him chocking on his tea. I walk over and pat his back and he soon starts breathing properly again. I move over to my now finished ramen and pull it out and grab a pair of chop sticks.

"16 years?! That is in no way healthy! For anyone!! How have you even been able to survive!?" Madara yells at me and I shrug. Sure I know is unhealthy, but 3 minute ramen is all the shops would ever sell to me, and plus its the food of gods.

"I know its but theres not much I can do about it, people tended to hate me while I was growing up, most things were overpriced when it came to my shopping. Tea, ramen, milk, eggs and cabbage were all that I could really afford with my monthly allowance," I say finishing my ramen and throwing the container out and putting the chop sticks in the sink.

"WHAT?!" Madara shouted and I slightly backed up from him.

"Madara calm down, its not that big of a deal," I say, though I know to him it probably is a massive deal.
"Its alot better now and I can get all the necessary food I need, I'm just used to having ramen all the time," I say and he calms down but growls, obviously not at all happy with the way I used to be treated by the village. He walks up to me and pulls me towards him and I let out a yelp.

"I swear I'm going to throw every packet of ramen out if you don't start eating better," he grumbles into my hair and I gulp. Not my ramen...

"Fine, but if I go into withdrawal its on you," I mutter and I hear him chuckle and I smile at that, I hadn't once heard him laugh in this life time. I'm happy he still knows how to laugh to be completely honest.
"Your going to have to cook, I hope you know this, otherwise I might just end up making ramen," I say, really just trying to get him to cook because his food is the best.

"Are you sure thats the only reason you want me to cook?" He asks pulling back slightly so I can see his smirk.

"Positive," I say innocently and he snorts with a small Uchiha smile on his face. This smile only ever reserved for me and very close friends.

"Sure," he says sarcastically while rolling his eyes and I grin.

(Sorry its short and pretty uneventful I just wanted to get something out for this book. And I promise that I will try to update again as soon as possible! Thank you all for being to patient with me and my hectic update scedual, which is practically nonexistent, but with it being exam and assessment season at school its hard to focus on updating and also not failing all my subject. I think I already failed one...... Anyway see you next time!)
