The question that Angie asked me was quite a trapping one. I didn't know how to answer that. The truth?
"Well I don't have one" I told her
"You can't be serious" she said with some curiosity "how comes, I don't understand"
"C'mon now Angie. What don't you understand"
"You're such a great guy but still alone. I'm surprised." She said
"Well I'm not that great with girls u know. That's why don't have any. As u can see, I'm completely have no swagger to attract girls" I said
By the moment I couldn't tell. What is she thinking about, I thought.
Where is she heading with the questions, I asked myself.
"Okay then, I thought u had one" she said. I think I saw relief on her face because it became brighter.
" What about you?" I asked
"Amm.. I'm with Collins but I actually not into him." She said
" Why not?"
"He forced me to be with him. He had already told his friends that he had taken me already"
"Just like that?"
"I guess so"
"So you are dating someone you don't like"
"Weird right!" She giggled
"Like really weird" I told her " do you know what's more weird?" I continued
"What?"
"I'm into you" I could feel a weight dropped out of my chest.
"Haha" she laughed " you can't be serious Pete"
"I know you won't believe me but I can't stop myself from thinking about you"
"That explains it"
"Explain what?" I asked
"The way you have been looking at me" she said
"So you noticed" I said
"Yeah, actually it's about time you finally to me that. I was wondering when you would tell me yourself"
"Well now you know"
"I like you too Pete. Most of the time you enlighten my days and that's what I love about you"
"What about Collin" I asked
"Let me worry about Collin" she replied
Before I could think of anything her lips were pressing against mine. Damn she was good, she threw her hands around my neck as I wrapped mine against her waist. Nothing can describe that moment.
