Victoria P. O.V:

Today is our  last day in Cali since I was invited to Jacob's friend nala Cookout I had to cancel because of Akoye and Omari's mom being in the hospital.  The doctor said there was good news and bads news. We were now walking out the car and into the hospital. They signed in while me and Malia sat down. After signing in they came to us.

"Look we'll we back just sit tight you guys" Gennis said me and Malia nodded our head as they walked away.

"Oh gosh I hope shes okay." Malia said.

"Girl me too" I said agreeing.

Tool P.O.V:

Me and Gennis was sprinting down the hall going to Ma's room. When we got there she was asleep there was no doctor in so me and Gennis sat down and waited. An hour later waiting and constipating the doctor finally came.

"Hello you must be her sons?" He asked.

"Yeah"We both said.

"Well to catch you up on things she fine" When he said that it was like a big weight has been lifted of my should. "But"

"But" Me and Gennis said.

"Yes but We took a lot of testing and she is just going through menopause" He said.

"Okay"Gennis said.

"Which means she will not be having her Monthly Cycle and that also means no more kids" He said.

"Good Cause she dont need anymore" Gennis said cracking a joke we all laughed.

"Anyways shes only 40 Why so early?"I asked.

"I dont really know most women get it at 20 so shes lucky." He said.

"Okay we'll when will she be leaving?" Gennis asked.

"Today" He said "Well later on tonight will you come back to get her?" He asked.

"Um no we have to go back on tour in four hours." Gennis said.

"Well is there anyone you know who pick her up?" He asked.

" Our Grandma" I said.

"Great well you guys can say your goodbyes to her and I guess be on your way" He said. Me and Gennis watched the doctor walk out then we walked to ma. We both knelt down to her level and just stared at her. I saw her eyeballs moving around a bit we both waited for her to open her eyes and wake up but she didn't me and Gennis gave her a kiss good bye and left. Going into the lobby we saw the girl with their heads in there laps. Gennis tapped them both. They both looked up like they were sleeping.

"is she okay?" Victoria asked.

"Yeah shes just going through menopause ." I said. They both nod their head.

"Good"they both said.

"Y'all ready?" Gennis asked.

"Yeah"They both said. I through my arm over Victoria Shoulder and walked out the hospital and into the car before starting the car Gennis looked back the girls then me sitting in the passenger seat.

"Since we have four more hours what y'all want to do?" He asked.

"oh well we was invited to Ja-'

"Malia we ain't going there lets just go to the fair." Victoria said.

"Wait Malia what was you bout to say?" Gennis asked.

"Jacob's friend Nala invited us to her cookout" She said as Victoria rolled her eyes.
