The next morning, Tyler and Josh went to the museum. Josh's goal was to learn how to create art so that Collin doesn't think he's a fake. Once they go there, Tyler locked all the doors to his room and began to set up. Josh sat down and watched him.
"What's the first thing I need to know?" Josh asked.
"First, let me get everything set up." Tyler said; cleaning up the room and preparing. "Then I'll tell you everything you need to know."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Of course."
While watching him prep, Josh picked up one of Tyler's paint brushes. He touched the tips, it felt like soft cat fur. He rubbed against his face. Tyler looked over to see what Josh was doing. He laughed.
"You like those paint brushes?" He asked; giggling.
"Yes." Josh said.
"Well guess what, you're going to use them. So feel free to put them in your mouth if you wish."
"Ugh, no way!" Josh said; throwing the brush to the floor. "I only put your tip in my mouth."
"Alright alright, don't get too carried away."
Tyler carefully placed a nice canvas onto the stand. He sat Josh down on the chair.
"Comfy?" He asked.
"How should I say that? I'm in a chair." Josh said.
"I'm just playing around. Now let's get you started."
Tyler picked up a small light paint brush and put it into Josh's hand. When he received it, Josh sat there; not sure what to do. Tyler realized he forgot to explain to him what to do.
"Just make a nice swirly line." He said.
Josh lightly pressed the brush onto the canvas with a nice shade of red; dragging it down. Tyler stood and watched. He noticed Josh wasn't sure how to make a swirly line.
"Here." He said; putting his hand on Josh's hand. "Let me show you."
Tyler helped guide Josh's hand to show him the swirly line. Josh watched and saw the results. He smiled; looking up to Tyler above him.
"You sweet delicate boy." He said.
"You fine darling cutie." Tyler replied back.
As they looked up to kiss each other, Collin walked in. Tyler and Josh Down immediately.
"Mr. Joseph, I wanted to check in our your assistant."
"Oh um, I'm just-"
"He was just showing me around that's all." Josh said; trying to help Tyler out.
"He already showed you around Mr. Dun." Collin said; sternly. "Tell me the truth."
Tyler tried to think of something. But he panicked.
"He's just my assistant, I was helping him learn."
"Are you sure that's true?" Collin asked.
"Yes sir." Tyler replied.
Collin looked down at Josh.
"Mr. Dun?"
"Of course sir." Josh said.
Collin made a glare at Josh before walking out of the room. Once he was gone, Tyler sighed; relieved.
"Thank god." He said. "I was so afraid he wouldn't believe me."
"Me too." Josh added. "I tried to help though."
"You did great." Tyler said.
The two walked up to each other and hugged.
"I'm not gonna let this separate us." He said; kissing Josh on the forehead. "If he finds out, let him fire me, not you."
"But Tyler, if Mr. Mormont fires you, you'll lose everything." Josh told him.
"I don't care about that. If I lose you, then I lose everything."
Josh hugged him tighter.
"You won't lose me, I promise."
