Chapter 1: Finally Meeting

~John POV~

"Brace for impact! We're about to enter the new session!"

Jade yells from across the room, we are finally here. Three long years of waiting paid off. I hold onto Casey and sit against the wall. Jade runs over and sits next to us. Suddenly a loud crash and turbulence Jade stands up and does some space powers. Everything suddenly stops. Jade turned to look at me and Casey

"Welcome to the new session John! Everyone is outside waiting on us!!"

I stand and look to Casey

"You have to back to your planet ok?"

"GLUB GLUB"

Jade walks out first and for about 5 minutes, then I walk out after telling everyone goodbye, mostly crying with Casey. The first person I want to see is Dave. I spot his funny looking red god-teir pajamas and run up to him.

"Hey Dave!"

Dave looks in your direction, but it's right over your head. He is way too tall, much taller than you imagined him to be at least.

"Down here stretch!"

"Um..."

He looks around as if trying to identify everyone then looks back down at me.

"Egbert?"

I smile up at him.

"Yea! You didn't recognize me did you?"

"No no I did, it's just I didn't expect you to be so..."

I cross my arms and make a angry face, even though I'm way to happy to see my best friend to be mad.

"Be so what?"

He makes a jester to hight.

"Tiny..."

Ok now I was a bit aggravated.

"I'm not tiny, I'm average and everyone else isn't!"

"Bro I think even Harley is taller than you..."

"SHE WHERE HEELS AND HAS BIG DOG EARS SHE IS CHEATING"

Dave sighs and I roll my eyes

"Whatever, just come down here and give me a nice first meeting embrace."

He smiles and bends down.

"I'm all open."

I smile too and say

"Wow way to make it awkward."

"No its your height is what's awkward."

"Same goes to you..."

I walk over and hug him. I have been waiting so long to hug my best bro, I love him, not in a homosexual way or anything. Suddenly he picks me up.

"Dave what are you doing?"

"showing the lady's my newest catch."

I blush a bit and look at him.

"You are not introducing me to Rose while carrying me!"

"Too late bro... too late"

He walks over to Rose and Jade who have been talking the whole time. Embarrassed, I hide my face in Dave's chest.

"Dave... Please Please put me down."

Wow I've started to beg, I'm pathetic.

"Look who I've found Rose, The buck-tooth wonder."

I could hear Jade and Rose laugh.

"Wow John what and entrance I am thoroughly impressed! I know how hard it is to get a Strider to carry you." Rose laughs and does a cheezy, slow clap.

"I don't what him to carry me!"

I say, I grip onto Dave harder afraid to plummet to my death because Dave is just so.fucking.tall

"Ok Dave put him down, I actually want to see his face."

Dave sets me onto the ground and I stand up and look at Rose.

"Hi Rose!"

"Sweet Wizardy Herbert! you're really fucking short."

I laugh at Rose and hug her.

"ALRIGHT NOOKWIFFS ITS TIME TO GO"

Wow just in time to meet Karkat... just wow... (Hey author could you end this chapter? I don't think the readers wanna see me push Karkat down the friendship stairs.)
