I woke up on the soft surface of sand but couldn't really see that well because I had bits of sand in my eyes. I rubbed my eyes and got up to see that everyone was lying on the sand unconscious too. I kept on thinking this was all a dream but I knew that this had all happened right before my very eyes. I looked around and saw the wrecked ship crashed against the rock that was sticking out from the island we got to. I walked over to the ship and found the captain lying right in front of the ship being carried back and forth by the water lifeless. As I turn to my back Mia startles me. "Aar! could you at least had tapped me on the shoulder rather than staring at my back like a possessed demon," I said annoyed. Everyone had woken up and figured that we would be stranded on this island for quite a while.

I attempted to climb on the ship and explored a bit. Everything was ruined, glass was shattered the floor had cracks and miraculously I had found my bag. Although it was slightly torn, I thought it might still have a few useful items that I brought. I took my bag back down and went over to a shady spot and scattered the things I still had in it. All I found inside was a waterproof torch, a pair of swim shorts, a pocket knife and a wet notebook The only thing that was useful was the pocket knife that my grandpa gave to me, it came all the way from Germany. I gathered all those things and put them back in my bag and went over to the others. Once I went over Mia had grabbed my bag and had took out the pocket knife and threw it in the ocean. I was so mad. Some were crying and some were mad for all I know we could be isolated on this island for days.
