The rain became stronger and the wind blew away sand which covered our sight. Lenny tried to cover us with the fallen leaves. She left us for a bit to find more shelter but minutes later she didn't come back. Everyone started to lose faith in themselves and started to cry. I thought this was the end of it. Nobody would survive in the end. It would be impossible that we would have survived this major storm. No one would believe it. I moved away from everyone trying to huddle. I went over to a coconut tree and scrunched there letting tears run down my face giving up. I closed my eyes trying not to see all the lightning and hearing the furious thunder all I know this will all end one way.
