The boy wanted to become a musician. He worked hard and secured a seat in a reputed engineering university for his parents. His parents are elated and joyous. He smiles to show he is happy, but inside he sinks as he gives up his dream.
His smile of happiness is fake.

She is a top actress. She has been diagnosed with severe depression and showed suicidal tendencies. Yet, every time she's in front of a camera, she smiles as if she's the happiest person in the world.

Similarly, there are many people in this world who are going through a lot, but they still smile. Because supposedly, smile is a sign of happiness.
In reality, a smile, without a doubt is the most faked emotion in this world.
I wonder if only all the emotions are treated equally, do we actually fake smile?
