Two Poles Apart

Chapter 5

That whole night she was changing the turns on bed , waiting for the sun to shine. Next day on seeing Robert in the college verenda her face glitter. She wanted to talk with him , argue with him and asked him the reason of his silent behaviour. Robert was sitting on the bench in the verenda and busy reading book. Susan went near him and greet him"hello ! Good morning". She wanted to say furthur but , can't get the courage to talk. Robert seeing her facial expression asked her "Are you alright?Looking disturb". She told him that everything was fine.

  Susan:
       How I should ask him about reason? How would he would feel ? I am concerning about him does'nt mean his absence affect me. Why should I ask him. It is his life wherever he can go and whatever he can do. Why should I interfare in his life. I should go in library and prepare notes. If I will go in library I would get myself away from Robert's thought.
 
Robert:
Why would she looking nervous as she wanted to ask me something. She greet me and ask how I was ; is'nt it little strange. She is a girl who never talk to anyone and would indulge in her own world. Even she gets irritated when I talked with her. By her face it seems that she wanted to ask me something. Does really she wanted to ask me something or she was in some problem? Does my absence affects her? Does she wanted to know the reason where I was from last few days?
         I frist saw her sitting in the class corner total separated from other students. I was introduce to her by a teacher as a new student who will share a seat with her in a class. Seeing her lonliness and knowing her tradegy I feel bad about her. She had forget to live, so I decided that I will make her feel that she is not alone and teach her how to enjoy the life knowing that she did'nt like anyone to interfare in her life.

Susan:
Robert is the nice guy and he never hurts my feelings. Do I accept his friendship? Why I am thinking of him? I should concentrate on my book.

Robert:
   Where does she went? I need to talk to her. I would ask her for friendship. My heart says she will not deny this time.

      He searches Susan in the whole college and, finally found her in the library busy reading books. He walk towards Susan to talk to her.

Robert:
Hii. Are you busy reading? Why am I asking stupid question to her even knowing that she is busy in reading. But sometimes to open up a conversation we have to ask such stupid question.

Susan:
Yes,I am busy reading book. Why is he asking this question even seeing me reading book.

Robert:
If you don't mind then, we can become friends? Would she will say yes?

Susan:
What I should say do I should accept his friendship? Till now he had never hurt me. He is diffrent from others.
    After a thinking for while she replied to him.
   
What do you  think she would have replied? Would she will say yes or no.
