Two Poles Apart

Chapter 15

Susan:
    I wake up rubbing my eyes in the christmas morning and check my phone. There were bundle of messages full of christmas greetings laying in my inbox. Among all Robert's message was on the top of the list. He messaged me that he would be coming at 10 to pick me up. But why he is coming to pick me ?Today our college is off and we had'nt have any plan to go out. So where is he taking me now? To clear my confusion I decided to call him.
Me: "Hii! Where are are we going today?"

Robert: " Instead of wishing me merry christmas you have started asking me questions."

Me:" ohh sorry! Merry christmas my love."

Robert: " Thanx."

Me: " Now tell me where are we going."

Robert:"Today is christmas and on every christmas I visit windsor castle with my granny. But this time my granny is not coming with me so I decided to take you. So get ready soon."

Me: " Okay.  I will get ready soon. See ya. Bye"

Windsor castle was 100 kms away from lampshire. I wear my coat and boots as there is a thick snow outside and get ready. I went downstairs and wished my parents. We all had our breakfast together and in between I told them that I was going to windsor castle with Robert today. My mom told me that I can go but I should reached home at 1pm  as there is small christmas party in our house and she wants my help. I was excited for christmas as this is the time when I get many gifts. I remember when we were children we believe that santa clause will come and give us an exciting gifts. Now I came to know that santa clause was noone other than our parents. Suddenly the bell rang and it was Robert on the door. Nancy our lovely maid open the gate. He came inside in the hall where my father were sitting and greeted him merry christmas. My father invited him and his granny for the christmas party at our place. Then we both went for windsor castle.

Robert:
     " You are looking nice and beautifull today."

Susan:
  "Thank you."

Robert:
   While driving my eyes met with her. She was looking like angel. Her cheeks with pinkish scars and her red lips all made her look adorable. This beautiful and charming lady deserves a wonderful gift on this christmas eve. We reached to windsor castle. I parked the car and we went inside. The atmosphere of castle was very divine. The walls where painted with ancient scupltures and the shrine of christ was beautifully decorated. We light the candle near the holy cross and join our hands in prayer.
" God thanks for giving me Susan. Always keep us happy and blessed us. Amen."
 
Susan:
   " God thanks for giving a partner like Robert to whom I can share all my feelings. Blessed us and always keep us happy. Amen."

Robert:
  After finishing our prayers I dropped her to home. Then , I went to market and purchased gifts for my granny , Susan's mom&dad and offcourse for my love the special gift. I bought a necklace (made of pearls) for my granny , a showpeice for her dad and a purse for her mom. And among all something most special and adorable for my love which I will give her today in a special way. How will she react after getting my gift and will she like it or not? Hope she like it.

Susan:
  After coming home,my mom gave me bundle of work to do as today we have organise christmas party. She told me to clean a hall and decorate the X-mas tree beautifully. Then she went to kitchen and get busy in preparing the snacks and eatables for the night. Frist of all, I took the mob and wipe the surface. Then I gave a touch of garland to the walls, spread the red carpet with some flowers painted on it on floor and keep fresh flowers in vasp. I lit the candles and kept it on tables in a proper line. I decorated the tree with gilter balls& stars, candies and lights. And at the top of the tree I kept the holy cross. Then, I kept the gifts which I brought for my mom and dad under the tree. After completing my work I went upstairs in my room. I open the wardrobe and took my long elegant blue gown which I had specially design for this christmas.
