Chapter 21

Zachs pov
So as we neared the end of lunch, they boys decided to play a game of truth or dare. All of the girls decided it would be a fun game to carry on in the car. So they decided to start it at home. Izzy got up and gathered everyone's plates and took them to the sink. She started to wash them. "Okay. Who is going first" I asked. They all looked around. "I will!" Jonah said a little too eagerly. "But before we start I want to get something straight. Jack, would it be okay if Izzy kisses any of us? Just asking in general, because later in the game, who knows what will happen." Jonah asked uneasily. Jack looked upset for a bit. Izzy stopped washing the dishes and stokd by Jack. They whispered a lot before Izzy walked back to the dishes. "I guess. But if any of you knuckle heads try to steal my girl, we gonna go nerf rounds." Jack threatened. "Noted!" Jonah said excitedly. The water stopped. I looked over at Izzy. She was walking upstairs. I focused back to the game. Jonah was daring Lexi to go jump in thd pool fully clothed. Lexi ran and jumped into the pool. She hurriedly got out. "That was cold!" She exclaimed. Izzy walked back into the kitchen. It was Lexi's turn to dare someone. She chose me. "Zach. My man. I dare you, I am so sorry Jack, to kiss Izzy!" She said. Jack looked a little amused at this dare. I sighed and got up. I tried calling her name. She wasn't paying attention. "Just kiss her!" Everyone screamed. "Oh jeez okay!" I put my hands up in surrender. I gently grabbed her face and kissed her lips. As soon as they touched, my lips left hers. Izzy looked suprised, but didn't mind it. "Aw come on! What kind of kiss was that!? Lexi complained. I looked to Jack. "Play the game Zach." He simply said. I have to do it again? Fine, I'll show them a kiss. I spun Izzy to face me and kissed her like no tomorrow. I'm kidding, it was like six seconds long. I released her and sat back down. I was not happy with that. Izzy is dating Jack. I'm not comfotable with doing that kind of stuff. And I don't know how Izzy had convinced Jack of letting us kiss her. Now it is my turn to ask. "Turht or dare, Jack? He thought for a second. "Truth." He said. That actually suprised me because he is more of a dare guy. "Okay. Do you really love Izzy?" Everyone ooooed. Jack blushed like crazy. He was a whole tomato. "If there were enough words on earth to describe how much I love that girl, then I would say them. But there aren't. I just love her too much. There are no words to explain my love for her." Mr tomato finished. All the girls were crying. I was in tears myself.
Izzys pov
I was changing a song when Zach asked Jack an interesting question. I paused my song. I took out a bud so I can hear better. After Jack had answered, I felt tears sliding down my cheeks. I turned around and saw all the girls plus Zach crying. I ran over to Jack. I slid my arms around his neck. He looked to me. I kissed him with so much love and so much passion. I felt his arms circle around my waist. He returned my kiss with just as much love and passion. All the boys whistled and whooped. The girls were all clapping. After Jack and I finished our kiss, I said, "I love you too you big romantic!" I said. He kissed me again and gave me a hug. "Lets continue our game in the cars." Izzy said. Everyone ran to get their shoes and wallets. I already had my things waiting for me on the back of my chair. I grabbed my keys. Jack grabbed them from my hand. "Keys to the truck?" He asked while dancing out of my reach. "No keys to my challenger. I smiled as I tried to take my keys back. "Keys to truck. Please darlin. I wanna drive." He gave me his goofy smile. The one he knew I cant say no to. "Fine." I reached into my key bowl and grabbed my truck keys. "Keys for keys?" I asked. He nodded. I dropped my truck keys into his hand. He put my challenger keys back in the bowl. "Lets go!" I screamed. "Izzy we're taking your Jeep!" Kat yelled. "Whatever! Everyone going with me lets go!" I yelled. All the boys ran downstairs. Corbyn is apparently going with the girls then. Jack unlocked my truck. "You're letting Jack drive?! I don't think i feel comfortable with that. I could lose my life!" Zach said.
Zachs pov
As soon as I said it, I realized my mistake. I looked up at Izzy. She just opened her door and hopped in her truck. Dang I messed up! I went to far without realizing how far I went. I have to make it up to her. I pulled out my phone. I texted Jonah.
Z: Jonah I need you to find out what kind of things Izzy likes.
J: Why
Z: I feel bad for what I did.
J: What did you do
Z: I went to far trying to joke around with Jack
J: Did you mention anything about her mom
Z: Maybe
J: God Zach. Fine
(Changing from Zach and Jonah to Jonah Izzy)
J: Hey Izzy. What kind of things do ypu like
I: Softball, soccer, basketball, sweaters, cookies, Vans, Nikes, Adidas, music, Jack, skateboarding, this could go on forever Jonah. What do you want
J: I just wanted to get you a present. Do you like Dippin dots
I: I love Dippin dots
J: What kind
I: Anything cookies
J: Okay thank you.

J: She likes sweaters, Nikes, Adidas, Vans, softball, soccer, basketball, music, Jack, and skateboarding. And dippin dots.
Z: Thank you!!
J: Satisfied?
Z: Yes thank you.
Jonahs pov
I finished texting Zach. I opened my Instagram to see Izzy posted a picture of her and Jack holding hands. I liked it and went to the comments. "I am a proud shipper of these two love birds. They are so cute together. Go show them some love!" I commented. Izzys phone went off. She saw my comment. "Aw thanks J! That means so much to me. Normally people hate me. You are the coolest!" She commented back to me. Wow I feel super loved. "You're like my sister. I support you on everything." I said. She responded with heart emojis. I smiled and turned off my phone. We were almost to the mall. I think we all forgot about truth or dare. I decided not to bring it up. I layed my head back. I am really tired for some reason. I was almost asleep when my phone went off. It was someone calling me. It was an unknown caller. Who in the world has my number?
