Chapter 1 This is Berk

This is Berk it has only been a few weeks ago that my father has passed and the giant battle of Alphas 

had occured. I am now currently chief of Berk and I have to say I am dealing with it pretty well except

for the fact that I miss my father. Ever since the battle with Toothless and the Alpha

(Lets Just Say Drago Bludvist is dead just for the sake of not explaining :3)

I have never felt the same again. I have this feeling that there is something missing in my life. Well I 

guess it is the fact i will never have those embarrasing father and son talks ever again and those 

hugs he gives me(The ones I cant breathe in XD)Either when I was kidnapped or even just for fun.

Those were the good ol days but sadly I have to move on. Well at least I now have my mom to fill

that space, I also have the support of my best friend Toothless(My Dragon AKA Night Fury)and my

girlfriend "Fearless" Astrid Hofferson. It's also not everyday that you find out that your mother who you 

thought who was dead this past 20 years is actually some crazy vigilante dragon lady(Well at least she 

is not boring XD).  Ever since I became chief we finally have peace with the Outcasts. Since Alvin and 

my father used to be good friends, when he found about my father's passing he quickly made amends

and immediately signed a treaty with us in honor of my father. Believe it or not we still have problems 

with the Berserkers, Dagur is still the same ol deranged person he claims himself to be all these years

and no one argues about that including me. So far my mission for now is to be the best chief I can be

in honor of my father since he was the one who saved my life but lost his in return

(Sad HTTYD2 Reference btw still crying)after all thats all he wanted me to be, the chief of Berk. Might 

as well fulfill his last wish before he died. Well to move on I am now the 20 year old chief of Berk and

I still have a lot to discover in my lifetime. This is me Till Kingdom Come.

Hey Guys it's Hiccstrid_The_Truth here I hope you enjoyed the first chapter but if it is to short for 

you please bear with me it's my first story more importantly my first chapter. So I might update 

soon but it really depends on my schedule in school. I have to find a way to balance my studies 

and my hobbies such as this. So thank you again for all of you that read this please leave a
