10 minutes went by and no signs of other life forms appeared to the scene. Almost like Ethan's mom is pushing everything we worked so hard for away.
Andre sadly fell asleep on the couch's arm rest while I'm listening to music on my phone to keep myself awake. Trips to the bathroom just to look at the mirror or trips to the kitchen to get a refill on water really helps my ongoing all-nighter.
After another 5 minutes, I was physically and emotionally drained. The clock turned 1:30 in the morning and I was losing all hope for this plan. The mother is still in the house, no signs of Ethan, and no signs of Carrey.
Until I heard a door open and then shut. No one said a word and I might have stopped breathing.
Shoes clicked and clacked against the wooden floor with a sound of a purse hitting a counter.
I was curious but I kind of knew who this mysterious person was.
Then, the bedroom door open and coming inside was a person with a trench coat on.
"Oh... My.. Gosh.." I breathed.
The trench coat wearing person flipped her golden blonde hair and twisted around towards the bed, revealing her face to the camera.
"ANDRE! ANDRE! WAKE UP! THINGS ARE HAPPENING!" I shouted.
He instantly woke up and looked around the area with a confused look on his face.
"What happened?" He said sleeply.
"Carrey, shes in the house." I chirped, shaking his arm to make him more awake.
"Alright I'm up." He glanced at the screen to see Carrey sitting down at the bed, unraveling her coat.
At short notice, she took off her coat to reveal her pink lingerie.
I suddenly looked at Andre in the corner of my eye to see him already covering up his own.
"Good boy." I praised, smiling.
"It was disgusting anyway. Probably would have looked better on you." He cooed.
I grinned.
All of a sudden, we heard the bedroom door open again but not by who we thought it was.
"WHO THE HECK ARE YOU?!" The mother yelled.
Carrey quickly got her trench coat and covered her self.
"Uh, its not what you think ma'am. Me and Ethan are simply doing a project." Carrey smiled weakly.
"That's the dumbest excuse I have ever heard! No school should never let their students do projects with barely any clothes on. Why are you in my house?"
"Erm..."
"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE BEFORE I CALL THE COPS! NOW!" The mother snarled.
Carrey then left the room in a running manner, passing the woman and going out the front door.
"And that's what we needed to bring Carrey down." Andre said, clapping.
"I really didn't want to bring the mother into this. We can get into a lot of trouble."
"The mother isnt even in the footage, she was standing at the doorway. So we will be fine."
I nodded. I guess he makes a good point.
"Now what?" I asked after a few seconds past.
"Tomorrow well today, is Sunday. Simple. I go to Ethan's house, retrieve the camera, and then I bring him over to my house to talk the rest of the plan through. You need this day to rest. Have a little girls day out. You did enough."
"But, are you sure you don't want me to tag along? I could be a witness?" I insisted.
"As good as that sound, I feel like too many things has happened to you for the past two days. Let this day help you be productive with something before school starts back."
"Okay. I guess you right."
"I know I'm right. I'm Andre. Duh." He joked.
I smiled. "You know what time you leaving in the morning?"
"Probably around 10ish. Ethan sleeps late most of the time.
"Alright. Well if we are done here, I guess I should hit the hay. My mom should be back any minute now."
"I always wanted to know. Where does your mom work at?" Andre asked as I shut everything off on the computer.
"She has two jobs. She's an executive assistant from a well known coporation and a teacher at the local elementary school down the street. She's the reason why we are able to afford this apartment plus the little things inside."
"Wow. How come you haven't moved out and got a bigger home?"
"Three reasons. One, we actually like living here since its only two people. Two, the bills are managable. Three, parts of her paychecks goes to somewhere else where we don't intend it to be."
"Where does it go, if you don't mind me asking."
"To her boss, the ceo of the company. She said she gives parts of her hard earn cash to him to pay for the bills for the building and she's not the only one to do so. If they don't give their part of the share every week, they have to come back Saturday night to make up for it and this week she didn't do it."
"How you know?"
"Because the last time she was this late was when she said she had to do a night shift at the place and didn't come back til 3 am."
"Oh. Aren't you the least bit worried if she doesn't come back?" He questioned.
"No cause I know she'll always come back."
"And if she doesn't?"
"She'll find a way."
