(Y/N)'s POV
Out of all the jobs I could have had, being an elementary school teacher was not high on the list. In fact, I would have rather been a Catté worker making cat croissants at minimum wage than this. However, my childhood friend, who works at There School, kept trying to get me to work at Here School.
I eventually agreed just to get him to shut his face. So now I'm stuck here in this interview. The principal interviewing me (Mr. Nick Holden, I believe) looks pretty strict, so I probably have a low chance of getting a job here. Especially with all of these... Kids around.
Nick gave me a small but short lived smile as he tossed my profolio to me. "Congrats, you're our new (Subject) teacher." His voice was monotonous and serious. I started stuttering as a first reaction, but was silenced as he held up one finger. "You start in two days, when all the kids start school. However, you'll set up your classroom tomorrow. Have a nice day, Ms. (Y/N) (L/N)." He stood up and took a few papers and files with him.
Instead of heading straight to my car, I hurried up next to him. "Do you think you could show me around before I start working here?"
"Well, first off, you have to know the school rules. The first one is no running in the halls, Ms. (L/N)."
That smartass.
"I've read the rules, Mr. Holden. I just need to know where everything is."
"Then follow me, Miss." He walked over to the oak door labeled School Faculty Only. "This is where only you, Baldi, and I can go. No students are to be in this room or else it's off to detention." He continued walking, guiding me through hallways, classrooms, and everything else. He explained that the only other teacher who founded this school, Mr. Basic, was someone I should watch out for. He... Is quite strict with math.
"So that's basically it. You should get home, it's really dark out."
"Yeah I should. Thanks again, Mr. Holden."
"Since we're coworkers, just call me Nick if you want." He smiled softly.
"Alright Nick, see ya." I walked out of the school and drove off to get some sleep.

-Nick's POV-
I waited patiently at 6:30 in the morning for my staff. The meeting starts at 7, but I get here early because Sweve likes to get here 6:45, and I have to get ready for everyone. My office is usually a mess. I hear a soft knock at the door. That's odd, usually Sweve busts in without me knowing. "Come in!" I shout while stuffing away files into the cabinets.
"Um, hi Nick. Sorry for being a bit early, but I had to do a few things before I got here."
"You're fine, (Y/N). I just have a few more things to do before I'm ready for the meeting."
"I can help, if you need it."
"Well, you can do one thing. Could you put the pink, green, and blue files on top of the black file cabinet?"
A few seconds later, I hear a loud crash. I turn back to see (Y/N) surrounded in files and the black cabinet right next to her fallen over. I run over to her side to pick her up.
"I-I'm so sorry, Mr. Holden! I just couldn't reach it, and-"
"Are you hurt?"
"N-no, but your files-"
"The files will be fine, (Y/N). I just want to make sure you're okay." I picked up the files, the rookie employee next to me and helping. We got done cleaning up just before Sweve can busting in. Baldi followed after him, as happily as ever.
I brushed myself off before sitting down, looking at my only 3 employees of this school. "Now, as you may have noticed, we have just gotten a new staff member in out facility, Ms. (Y/N) (L/N). She will be our (Subject) teacher here. Please refrain from distracting her from her teaching and all of that."
After a short meeting, Naldi and Sweve were sent out before I gave (Y/N) a short talk.
"Since this is your first day teaching, I'll be in the classroon with you to help you."
"A-alright, Nick." She smiled. "Anything else I need to know?"
"Yeah, could you meet me at Catté for lunch today?"
"S-sir, you're..."
"Asking you out to lunch? Yes."
"I... I would love to."
I smiled at her. "Then let's get to teaching."
After a while of teaching these kids, we both met up at Catté. I offered to pay for all of it, but she kept trying to insist on paying.
The cashier watched on as we both went on like that. Eventually, I paid for it. We both got our drinks and sat down at a table outside.
I must say, (Y/N) looks peaceful when she's outside. The sun illuminates her skin just perfectly and creates a hint of gold on her hair.
"Hey, Nick?"
I was snapped out of my trance as soon as she said my name. "Y-yeah?"
"I know we just met about two days ago, but..." She breathed heavily, "I think I want to go out lunch sometime with you again."
"Funny that you say that, because that's what I was thinking."
She blushed a bright red and smiled, finishing off her (drink) and getting up. "Looks like it's time to go back." She stated.
"Already?"
"Yep. Come on, Nick." She took my hand and made me stand up. I'll admit, it's kind of weird how we bonded so quick, but I like it.
