Baldi's Basics Oneshots (Requests Closed!)

~Detention Funtime~ Playtime x Reader

(Note before we start: If I get anything wrong or if anything Y/N does in the fanfic is not what you would have done, then please do not point it out. I understand that my fanfics may not be accurate to you, but I'm trying my best, okay? I still love you all so much tho!

Btw, I'm going to start using they/them pronouns so that is there are any other gender readers besides female, then they can happily read!)

Y/N's POV

"(Y/N)!" I heard a familiar voice beind me shout. I turn around to see Nikki running up to me in a panic. "What is it?" I tilt my head slightly. She leans over to catch her breath, then stands up to face me. "Something got into Baldi! And it's not the Principal!" (I am so sorry xD)

I put a hand on her shoulder to calm her down. "What happened to him?" She looks me dead in the eye, "I heard him mention a 'Filename 2'... Maybe that's what set him off?" She eventually stopped shaking. "Maybe that person did..." Nearby, I could hear Baldi's ruler slapping like crazy. "Come on, Nikki, we're gonna get out of his way before he gets us!" I take her by the hand and run as fast as I can, eventually finding a brown School Faculty Only door. "He can't get us here!" I drag Nikki into the room and slam the door behind me. "Uhh... (Y/N), Baldi IS school faculty."

"I know that, but I have the Principal's keys!" I lock the door and move Nikki and myself under a table where Baldi couldn't see us. "All we have to do is wait it out here, alright Nikki?"

"...okay."

I look vigilantly at the door until three loud thuds sounded out the door. Nikki and I hugged each other as the thuds sounded again. Nikki curled into me, and my protective insticts kicked in. I held the Principal's keys in my hand and slowly let go of Nikki, approching the brown door. More thuds sounded out.

I unlocked the door slowly, then open it as fast as I could to surprise the person on the other side. I tackle the person, but to no avail. Being a little kid, the obvious adult in my way wasn't knocked down. "Nikki, (Y/N)? What are you two doing in the School Faculty Only room?" I look up to see Mr. Holden looking down at me, tapping his foot. I back away from him. "S-sorry Mr. Holden! We-"

"Why are you two in here?" He crossed his arms. Nikki got out from the table and stood by my side, "Mr. Baldi was going into another fit of rage, so... We hid in here..."

Mr. Holden sighed, "Guys, just because Baldi is mad about the new student taking his best ruler doesn't mean you can enter School Faculty Only rooms. Now, off to detention for both of you. 15 seconds." He dragged both of us into the detention room and sat us down, walking off.

I look over at Nikki, who was looking down at her own shoes. "You know what we could do, Nikki?" She looked at me, "What?" "We could play jumprope!" Her face instantly lit up, "Yeah! Let's play!" She ran out of the detention room, soon being dragged back in by Mr. Holden with her jumprope in her hand. "30 seconds for you" He puts her down and walks out.

We both smile at each other and play jumprope for the rest of our short detention, eventually getting tired and walking out once it was way past time to get out of detention.

"Hey (Y/N)?"
"Yeah Nikki?"
"Do you want to come play at my house once school is out? I... Really had fun in detention today!"

"Sure Nikki!" I hug her and walk off to Baldi's classroom with her hand in mine.
