Bad News

Jäger's POV

Something feels off. I've been up since 3 o'clock this morning, I'm now waiting for our teams helicopter to fly us to the hostage situation and I have this awful feeling. The feeling that I'll never see the love of my life again. I never questioned if I was gay but ever since I met Blitz I've been doing it daily and I think I am. His kind personality, funny humour and caring attitude makes me feel safe in his presence.

"I worry too much" I think to myself as I take a seat in the helicopter and it takes off towards Cologne

We arrive over the drop site. There are barely any cops here. There are about 4 on the front door and 2 on the back and me and 3 recruits in the helicopter.

The guys on the ground storm the building which is our que to jump out. As soon as the ground crew are in there is mass shooting which steadily gets slower as we touch down on the roof meaning the boys are doing their job well.

Myself and the 3 recruits that I lead take a door on the roof. As we enter the building all the shooting seems to have stopped. We make our way though an office and down to the ground level. I have seen no sign of a hostage at all.

I go through a door into a meeting room where the hostage is supposed to be and all of a sudden I feel a sharp pain in the back of my neck and my vision faded to black as I hit the ground.

Blitz POV

I've been unable to sleep all night. I've had this horrible feeling in my chest since me and Jäger hugged in the gym yesterday. I took the day off training because I felt so off. I'm currently just laying in bed. The tv is playing the news and I'm staring at the ceiling occasionally glancing at my phone hoping to see Jäger's contact saying he's ok and on the way home.

For some reason my ears tune in to the tv and I here "6 GSG9 are confirmed dead and 4 are missing" I shoot up from my laying position to look at the tv in horror as pictures of an office filled with dead operators which scared the hell out of me.

I flew out of my dorm and towards the training camps reception.

IQ's POV

I was in the back of reception chatting to our base commander who had found out that 3 of our recruits that went in with Jäger have killed the cops and have taken Jäger hostage. I'm now wondering if I can hide this from Blitz.

As if he heard me thinking that, the door flew open and straight away he was asking questions

"What the hell is going on? Where is Jäger? Is he ok? When can we deployed to help?" He bombarded the commander with questions.

"Blitz I advise you to stand down and talk to me in a professional manner" he calmly replied

"How are you calm in a situation like this! We have to get him back! He's one of your best engineers!" He continued shouting

BAM!

The door to the office slammed open where Dokkaebi come in with one of the office staff.

"Sir you need to have a look at this" the office member said. We all gathered around the girls tablet.

It was a video of Jäger tied to a chair looking very beaten and the 3 recruits that dropped in with him onto the roof. They were talking to a video camera where they recorded it and posted it online. In the video the ring leader was talking while the two who were in the background where beating Jäger.

"Listen very carefully, you have 48 hours to release the 2 guys captured for the bomb threat in Berlin along with €5 million. When our boys arrive you'll get what's left of Jäger so I'd hurry if I was you." The video then stopped

THUD

I turned around and Blitz was out like a light on the floor. I leaned down to try and wake him up.

"Thank you Dokkaebi I don't think we would have much more time if it wasn't for you, but now we have to find out where they are" the commander responded

"Let's see what they're up to" she says as she taps on the tablet "your Intel is ours" she states turning the tablet to my commander. I peek a look and it's a map with a location.

"Well that answered my next question" the commander chuckled. "IQ get Blitz back on his feet and when you do, you, Blitz and Bandit are going in to get Jäger back. Your the only ones I can trust for this" he says looking at me.

At that moment Blitz starts to come around and I got him to his dorm where I explained what was happening and he got up getting washed and changed into his gear straight away.
