"Oh Doctor," a brunette nurse moaned quietly. The man who accompanied her put a finger to her lips.
"We're not supposed to be together, I'd hush now if I were you." A smirk played on his lips, causing the nurse to moan slightly. The doctor's lips hovered over the nurse's neck, then over her mouth. He gave her a stern, yet soft, look. "It would be bad if we were caught." The nurse nodded slowly and let the doctor lean in. He started off with a rough kiss on her lips. He made his way to her jaw and sucked lightly at the skin. The nurse shivered under his touch but she didn't want him to stop. He peppered kisses all down her neck, slipping a hand up her shirt in the process. Without hesitation, the nurse pulled off his coat and worked away at unbuttoning his shirt. All through this, their lips never parted. The nurse moaned when he bit at the sensitive skin on her collar bone.
"What the hell are you watching?" Dean jumped at the sudden voice, he snapped his head in his brother's direction.
"N-nothing..."
"Dr. Sexy!" The nurse moaned from the Tv.
"Mhm, nothing. Right." Sam shook his head lightly, setting down a file. Dean shut the Tv off with a grunt then turned toward the taller man. With s half bitch-face, he pulled up a chair and grabbed the file.
"Ok, so I went to the morgue and checked out the Pearson family,"
"Second most recent?"
"Yes." Dean nodded his head. "Now the husband was a dentist, meaning he had access to lots of drugs.
"Ok?"
"Well, the entire family died from an overdose of medical anesthesia. But what I found that was odd was, not only did the husband have traces of that in his system, but there were also traces of oxytocin in his system as well."
"Oxytocin, as in love hormone?" Sam nodded his head and let his brother put the pieces together in his head. "Sam we're dealing with a Siren."
"Yeah, cause that would explain why the entire family ends up dead." Sam furrowed his eyebrows in thought.
"Ok, so it had to be someone close to the family. Actually, to all the families." Sam shook his head as he read over the police report.
"Yeah well, that's kinda hard, in a small town like this everybody knows everybody." Dean let his shoulders ease and looked at the clock.
"Well Sammy, if we wanna get anything done, we should get some shut-eye." The younger Winchester looked at the clock before yawning.
"Yeah, I guess so."
"Hello Dean," guns were pointed at the Angel, followed by yelling.
"Dammit, Cas!"
"Hello, Sam." The angel finished.
"What are you doing here?" Dean put his gun down after Sam. They waited for the angel to answer.
"I was told to-" he swallowed the lump in his throat. "I just wanted to check up on you two."
"What? Whatever. Just, do t do that!" Dean put two fingers to the bridge of his nose. When he looked up the angel was gone. "I really hate it when he does that." Sam shrugged before falling into his bed. Dean followed in action. The lights were turned off and both hunters held on to the guns under their pillows. They drifted off into an unsteady sleep.

Dean and Adalyne sat up on the roof. Their fingers were intertwined with one another. Stars twinkled in the dark blue sky. Dean would sneak a glance at the girl every so often and would bat his head away when she looked back at him. They sat in comfortable silence.
"Dean look!" Adalyne pointed at the sky. "That one is an angel, it's watching over us." Dean rolled his eyes playfully.
"It's an angel alright, but it's not nearly as pretty as you." Adalyne blushed but tilted her head when she caught Dean staring.
"What?"
"Well, I was just thinking. All the freckles on your face look like the stars." The girl smiled at the words and poked Dean's nose.
"Well your freckles, I can see all the constellations." Dean smiled before he leaned in to kiss her. She smiled into the kiss, her hands made their way around Dean's neck. The two stayed there, kissing. The silence was peaceful.
"Ah," Dean moaned out of the kiss. Something hit the back of his neck once more. "Ow, what the hell?" He peeked over the roof and met eyes with his worried little brother. "What do you want, I'm busy up here." He growled, catching another pebble.
"Dad, he's gonna be back soon. You need to come back before you get in trouble." Dean groaned once more, this time rolling over. He had to catch himself before he fell off the roof.
"Sammy, I've got this. He won't catch me." Sam rolled his eyes and delivered a full-on bitch-face. He walked off somewhere in the trees. Dean made his way back to the freckle-faced girl and smiled. "Imma stay with you all night." He kissed the girl again. She smiled.

Dean jumped up from where he was laying. His instincts made him look Sam's way, he was sound asleep. He let out a sigh of relief. The elder Winchester wiped his forehead, sweat dribbled onto his hand. He breathed out slowly and glanced at the clock. It read half-past one. He figured he wasn't going to sleep again anytime soon so he pulled himself out of his bed. Dean shuffled over to a small pile of clothes. They were the same ones he had worn the day he arrived in the small town. He changed in the kitchen, not bothering to use the bathroom since his brother was still asleep. Dean grabbed his keys, out the door he went. As he drove down the street, he glanced at the dashboard of the Impala. In small writing, it said Dean's one and only baby. - A.H. He smiled at the memory. He stuck his hand into the glove compartment, pulling out a red cassette tape. Mom is all that was on it. He popped it into the Impala and let the calm music flow through the car.
