The screech of the curtains being pulled wake me up. My eyes flutter awake and the light nearly blinds me. I pull the covers over my head. A low chuckle comes from over by my window.

"Jackie, I need some freaking sleep for once." I mumble.

"Not Jackie. Come on, cast bonding time." A guy's voice says.

I pull the covers off of my head and see Jack, fully dressed and messing with the curtains. I groan and set my head back against the pillow. Jack threatens to jump on me if I don't get up so I finally roll out of bed.

How is everyone getting in my room? I shake my head because I probably won't get the answer. I go to the bathroom, brushing my teeth and changing into a pair of jeans and a tee shirt. When I get back out, Jack is laying on my bed throwing a tennis ball a the ceiling.

"What kind of cast bonding is this?" I ask while pulling my hair up into a ponytail.

Jack shrugs his shoulders. "Gary gave us tomorrow off so we can go camping. I don't know all the details."

A day off? What happened to Gary? He's not the type to just give days off.

Jack stops throwing the ball on the ceiling and gets up. He walks out the door before saying I can just meet them in the lobby. I take my cell phone and straighten up a few things in my room before walking out the door.

I have to wait on the elevator to come back up. When it does, Ian steps out of the elevator just as I'm about to get on. He smiles at me. "Hi."

"Hi." I say. "Are you going camping?"

His smile forms into a slight frown. "No. It's apparently just for the main tributes. There extras were told to go into props training today."

"Training? It's Sunday." I say.

"I know." He grumbles. "Hey, be careful okay? Don't get bit by a snake or anything."

I laugh. "Thanks. I'll try my best."

He opens his arms for a hug and I hug him quickly. I catch his big smile one last time before going down in the elevator.

I step out once I reach the lobby and see many people waiting for me. We all walk out to the cabs to take us to the camp place. I get into a car with Jackie and Amandla. The whole time, nobody talks. The car stops in front of a huge area of trees.

The three of us shuffle out of the car to meet with Leven, Jack, Dayo, and Alexander. Alexander carries a large case in his arms which must have a tent or something. Jack points to a small dirt trail leading into the woods and we all follow him onto it.

The humid air is making me sweat immediately. It's about a 10 minute walk before we get to a cleared out area. Alexander sets the case down and he and the boys start digging stuff out. Not only did it have a tent at the bottom but it also had food and other stuff. They really set us up.

The other three girls and I sit on stumps and watch the boys try to put the tent together. Apparently they don't know how to read directions and try for 20 minutes before asking for help. Leven immediately gets up to help them.

With her help, they get the tent up in no time. After that, they throw several sleeping bags into the tent. Jack takes a bow after they're done as if he's the one who did all the work.

Jack and Leven go over to sort through some of the other stuff. I look at Alexander, who was staring at me with a smile. Not a smirk. A smile. He sees me looking at him and takes a seat on the log beside me.

"Hello." he says with a grin when he sits.

"Don't think I just magically forgive you since you bought me ice cream." I say with a smile.
