Only Exception

Emily's POV

I wake up to a bunch of concerned faces. They were mostly blurry. I sit up and hold my head hopefully stopping the spinning. Ashley, I think, was sitting in one of the chairs, CC on my side, Andy sitting next to me, Jinxx in front of me, and Jake sitting on the floor. I squint to make out all the faces.

" Are you okay?" CC asks grabbing my hand. I shake my head and pull my hand back. Clenching my eyes shut, I was regretting even answering. " Do you want some water?" Ashley asks. " No! That's why I'm like this!" I exclaim. Trying to shake my dizziness, I stand up and walk to grab my clothes. I'm glad I was wearing a shirt that ended half way down my thighs.

" I'm going to change," I state. Walking back to the bunks, I get a glance of Ashley. He's smirking and scanning my body. " Cut it out," I say before closing the door to the bunks. Quickly changing, I listen as the boys talk. Someone begins yelling and right away I knew it was Andy. " Why would you do that? We were worried sick. She was out for 2 days, Ashley," he yells.

Ashley did it? I knew someone put something in my water that made me fall asleep. But Ashley? Why would he do that? I listen again. " Dude, I was just upset. I didn't want her to go back to Cody. Is it that bad?" Ashley asks. " Yeah it is. Ashley, I think you should stay out of Emily's personal life. She can deal with it on her own," Andy replied.

He was right. I didn't need his help. But why was Andy helping me with this? It made no sense. I push the door open and look down. " Why?" I ask simply. Everyone just stares. " Ashley, why?" I ask again looking up with a louder tone.

He looks back at me. " You heard?" He asks. "Just answer the question, Ashley," I nearly scream. " You heard why. I couldn't let you go back to him," he answers stepping closer. " I just wanted to go home. Cody wasn't going to be there," I tell him. He steps closer again.

" Don't," I say. Walking past me, he glares. I run up to Andy and hug him. " Was I really out that long?" I asks. He nods. I turn to the other guys and give each of them a hug. " Can someone take me home?" I ask. Jinxx wraps an arm over my shoulder and leads me out to a car. " So, you had no idea?" he says starting the car. " No, and can we not talk about it?" I ask. He nods.

The rest of the car ride was quiet. I was glad. Jinxx could go on and on if you let him. I should probibly ask him something so it wont be so awkward. " So, hows Sammi?" I finally ask. " What? Oh. fine..." and on and on he goes. Told you. we stop out side my house. " Be careful," He says as I open the door.

" Jinxx, please?' I beg. " What? I can't be worried? You are like a sister to us. Just keep that in mind. Okay?" He asks. I Nod. " Will you come and visit?' I ask. " Yes, and I'll bring Sammi. She'll love you," He says. He winks as I close the car door. Racing to the door, I notice that Jinxx still hasn't left. I turn and smile at him. He winks again and pulls away.

I open the door and find the room empty. Literally. Everything was gone. Walking around the house, I notice the only thing left was my bed, clothes and my money(which was hidden) and certain items in the bathroom. " What the he heck!" I yell pulling out my phone.

" Andy!" I yell when he picks up. " What?!" he mocks. " Sorry, can you ask Jinxx to come back and pick me up? I need to stay with you guys," I say. " Okay, are you scared to stay at the house?" he asks. " Yes and no. I was robbed," I say. It was silent on the other line. " I'll be right there," he says hanging up.

I sit on the front steps with a bag that contains what is left of my belongings. The only things left inside were my bed and my box that once held my life savings. It is now in a gallon baggie inside my suitcase. Jinxx pulls up and Andy jumps out. " It looks like you are moving in with us," He says grabbing my bag.
